  1. If you need anything while in town, I can highly recommend the team at Central London Models, on Queenstown Road, in Battersea.
  2. Where about in London are you? There is the track in Crystal Palace... In what way are you having a nightmare time? I would suggest you get yourself somewhere with a wide open space to run the car with nothing to get in its way, allowing you to get used to how to handle it, before opening it full throttle in an more confined space. Did the shop get the car retuned and running again, what had happened?
  3. It does have an expiry as I'm moving away from the area soon, so had to spend it! Went with a few aluminum upgrades and a carry bag.
  4. ...what do you get!? I have a new exsahust, bodyshell is good...how do I spend £50 voucher at my local store? Lots of smaller aluminum parts, wheels/tyres, a coloured heatsink..what to do...? I'm a big fan of asthetic, but any simple performance suggestins welcome. Car is a Nanda NRB-5 buggy. Advice & thoughts please.
  5. Pretty much fixed it. Took gearbox apart, changed brake discs and realigned it all. Seemed to do the job! I'm running mine now, orignal starter set up still working, its a great truck, could do with a bigger engine I feel, but I'm pretty sure if I change the engine then the starter will be redundant!
  6. I thoroughly enjoy my Nanda buggy, its been a great return to a nitro after a very long time off. Would happily recommend it.
  7. I'm going to use this as a bench mark for modding my buggy until it's a monster truck! Sent from my E6653 using Tapatalk
  8. Thanks for all the suggestions everyone! Will check them out! Sent from my E6653 using Tapatalk
  9. I got a brand new buggy recently, the Nanda NRB-5 its awesome, I really like it, but for some reason I keep going back to my 15 year old monster truck! As a new buggy owner, I'd happily recommend The Nanda NRB-5, I had an on-road previously and versatility of a buggy/truck vs an on-road is massive, and worth getting instead.
  10. Do they tend to get much better stuff we don't get over here. or is it just pricing that's main factor?
  11. *Sorry - meant to post in General RC, please feel free to move if needed, can't work out how to do so.
  12. I've noticed a few people mention buying stuff from US sites, anyone got any sites in particular they recommend? Cheers
  13. I've just got the NRB 5, its been great so far, would happily recommend it!
  14. Had one about a month now, not managed to use it a massive amount, but its been solid, handles well, fun to drive. For the price as a 1/8 buggy it seems great to me!
  15. Looking to replace my engine in my Tamiya Terra Crusher with Savage xl 5.9 engine Anyone able to advise if it's going to fit and how easy it'll be to make that happen? Thanks
