In general Dan I've found that the more parts you upgrade the less money you get. Personally I would break it as there's some quality parts on it!

Guy in my group ( And a member on here ) burnt out his S9020 and when talking to people at the MMR indoor track there was a few people who had issues with it burning out and some of them were told it was because they were using dual steering linkage set-ups and to stick to a single linkage. He's not had an issue since.

The Spektrum S9020 doesn't like being run with a dual steering horn....

Those cage mud flaps do work very well indeed... heavy though...

Looking at a set form RCmodelz but thought ask if any on here has a set going for a good price? Either a hostile style tread pattern or a tread pattern similar to the Proline Trenchers.

Weird... you normally get mesh issues with the spacers on used trucks as the chassis distorts with use... I run 22t spacers on my 22t pinion and mesh gap is perfect.

Dan I had an issue with my old Baja where it would shatter pins every time it was taken out, I was advised that if there's any play in the system it acts as a set of shears and cuts it.. I took the extenders and drive things to a local machine shop and for a bit of beer money they bored them out to 1mm bigger, this is all so completely made the pin very tight... Never had an issue after that.

Yes matey, you'll need a conversion plate.... The cheapest way to do it is to use the plastic part that comes with the HPI Baja.

What I've found is that by tuning by RPM using a tacho you actually hit the performance wall way before your plug goes paper brown. It seems that in most engines you are actually limited by the amount of RPM the exhaust will allow the engine to have rather then by the settings on the carb and you hit the exhaust RPM limit sooner.

When I ran my old OBR 29.5 Full Mod on my Baja the TTO I was using actually showed no real advantage to the side pipe I had VS the DOM pipe. Which shocked me so wouldn't too much about the DOM pipe stealing top end from the engine.

No centre for one.... where's the spur? And I can't imagine spares being easily available? Got a few rollers on the bay of E that I've got my eyes on.

It's been done..... videos are on Youtube of them running a twin.... But it's a lot of work to get it in!

I have the Savox 241 Water Proof Jumbo servo in my X2 with push/pull steering linkages and I'm disappointed with it, it just lacks power and fades. It's a lot weaker then the stock servo it replaced.

The crank is +1mm? The G340 is +2mm over the G320 so confused?
