hello all im selling my b5m which i built last december but not had much time to use it as intended to so it will have to go for sale with all my other hobbies this is one that will have to go on back burner . Comes with transmitter and receiver FR sky will need a micro usb to charge transmitter from usb on a computer or laptop , set of saddle pack 5.0 Ah lipo batteries ,Etronix 120A speed controller , Etronix brushless sensored motor and 2 sets of wheels with tyres . 1 set not been used except in back garden . Selling my associated b5m lite comes with a set of proline dirt hawgs fitted never used , set of mini pins , saddle pack 5000ma battery , Etronix 9.5t motor and 120a esc with flysky transmitter and reciever , with box and instructions and various grades of shock oils . Glued the new boots on today , hopefully work better for genral bashing , will try tomorrow anyone else used these proline dirt hawgs before ?

Going to wait till warmer weather hits 1st before starting racing ! Musing it tonight I notice even with toe in set straight it tracks but road is wet with mini spikes on but faster you go the straighter it drives . Is this normal ?

When you say bulkhead which part you referring to ? You mean that part over the steering links or part In front of that where can get Ali replacements ? Is it worth upgrading to ali also seen Ali hubs , worth getting ?

So guessing lower arms , turnbuckles ball joints and the parts that going to get whacked . What about shock towers and surport sad more inboard and what about wheel bearings and clutch parts ? Dave are you just a basher ?

Yes toe in is set by the standard setting. May just be a carpark basher for a while until weather gets warmer . Got a 9.5t motor in there , may have to change that !

I hope so or that's a lot ! Il have to get down there in better weather don't fact it till the spring ! Just hope my motor not too quick to start with just put in there so can practice with .

If raced every other weekend in championships would be £720 a year just in race fees crikey !

Just thinking if entering they meet every other Sunday and surely if racing in championships you need to go every race ?! That would get bloody expensive over a year ! Would like to be able to turn up and pay a few £ for a few hours and just race in a few heats for that day . Once day finished that race was over . Not into championships at moment until really get into it as I do think it could mount Upto a lot if did 5 rounds every fortnight. Any other buggy clubs near to Swindon

Be at Swindon, 1/10 buggy class only listed as 1/10 2wd and 4wd buggys . Is that £10 per day as a race meeting or £10 per race as could go several times in one day on the track .

Thinking to join my local club and pay my brca membership is that a good idea before I dip my toe in 1st ? Read it's £10 per race . Is it me or is that a lot as how many races would you do on 1 day ? Any extra equipment I need to think about also ? Extra advice would be good

Cutting42 my rear wheels are also towing in as well you can adjust the camber but not the toe in . Matt

Measured camber with a gauge and its -1 . Toe in is straight ahead , May tweek it ... What measurement of toe in ? As know as a rough guide when setting full size cars used to be the back measures 3mm more than the front so 1.5mm each side . I have found some proline dirt hawgs that should do well , ordered and going to see what are like

I have got mini spikes on there now and on wet Tarmac if slides very easy ... Need to see if anything I can do about steering lock ... Has no steering stops
