Compression at the beginning if fine but there is a point when it suddenly lose it, strange noise start, pour reaction for pulling acceleration trigger and just dies. I tried to clean carb in the past but don't know if I did it like I should because it keep doing same. 1. Carb has been already set for factory setting. 2. I will try to do it at weekend. What loctite number do you recommend? As you should hear, it cannot be killswitch or battery as it dies slowly and still can try to rev it. I will take flywheel cover off today and i'm gonna check it. Primer bulb is full of fuel. Gonna check fuel cap hole. Plug is quite dark. I'm trying to clear it with my dremel and metal brush on it. 2 NGK's are on the way. I will try to get it running at least for a while today, record it and upload here.

The idle screw seems to be ok. The main problem is that strange sound from the engine. I'll try to record it later today. I can get it running day after for few minutes and then it dies again. I have put clear air filter on, new spark plug should arrive tomorrow.

Hello. I have got problem with my Baja 002c. After running few minutes it's loosing power and sound like choking or something like that, after few seconds it dies and it's unable to get it running for a while again. It fires up but dies after second or 2. I have video, maybe that helps. I have reset needles to factory setting and it's still doing it. Is it possible that I have got missfireing spark plug? I have got carbon sludge on it after ride. Alter cleaning with my Dremel tool I was able to have a nice ride and then engine is choke again. I'm riding on factory carb settings

If I remember rightly in the buggy manual there is nothing about carb set up. I will order plug today.

Hello. I have bought this Baja 2 weeks ago and after few rides with 1/2 of throttle I had to replace clutch cuz stock one just broke. After that and few more rides on half a throttle I started doing throttle burst and it did quite well but when I want to make burs from about 1/4 throttle to full it sounds like engine would choke and it's not giving power. If I will press throttle smoothly and slowly it goes quite ok but I have problems with bursts :/ Later today I will try to make a video to show you how it sounds and drives. Do you know any reasons why it could do that? Spark plug fail? Carb calibration?
