yes buddy, very smokey when it runs. but the needles are at factory. could it be cheap 2 stroke oil?

So far I have: Rebuilt the carb De-flooded the engine twice (but no fuel came out so not flooded) Put new head gasket on Put new carb gaskets on (including inlet manifold) I've got spark - blue, not yellow Air filter is brand new Brand new spark plug Kill switch works as I have spark Fuel is new 25:1 mix Pop is fine when you pull the starter but just will not run?? Any further advice will be much appreciated!
