  1. Hi again Any idea why there is no stock of the CVD's? Know we are in this state but surely?? Have I missed the boat with this car, worth looking about for something new?? Have seen the attraction of Arrma stuff, especially 6s!! Lol Thanks,
  2. Thanks guys, hadn't thought of an "O" ring. Great, have a couple of these in my parts tin. See ya off to fit now before work!! Thanks guys
  3. Hi I'm a front line worker and the Coronavirus has focused mine and probably everyone's mind. I'm determined to get back to enjoying my life fully again. Use to love racing my little buggy and general RC. So...... Have fished my Mini 8ight out of storage, placed new batteries in the car and transmitter, pulled the trigger and a cloud of dust was produced as it scream into the distance. Fantastic I thought a few flicks and have a huge grin on my face. Now where I need help... After a short time it threw the front driveshafts. Hadn't upgraded those to CVD's like did with my other cars. Took apart and pushed back into place, but now every couple of turns I keep losing one of the front drive shafts. Any suggestions on how I can get this problem fixed? The simple one is buying CVD's which I jumped on straight away. But everywhere I look they are sold out!!! I'm UK based BTW. Cannot get anything other than importing from the US or hope they make it from China. Even these seem to be thin on the ground. Anyway, if I can get a "quick" fix solution, sure would be a might grateful. Thanks everyone - Stay Safe
  4. Hi Thanks for the photos. I will ill be posting mine a little later, I did notice though you chassis is slightly different from mine, I appreciate these evolve over time. Once I post the photos you maybe able to see what I have done incorrectly. Initially I thought I had cut the body posts a little short, however as I lifted the body to see area of contact to clear the "rubbing" the body is significantly higher than it is advised and yours shows. Many Thanks
  5. Hi All Just built my daughter the above Tamiya kit, the build went fine, however dropped the body on and it grinds on the front when steering both left and right. I raised the body on the posts to see if it relieves the issue but to no avail. Anyone else come across the same problem? Do I need to modify the body?? Many Thank S
