  1. Hey guys. I have an organiser full of Losi LST 2 spares. I have retired my LST2 now so these spares will remain unused. Some are used, but fine to use, like wishbones, hubs, RPM spur cases, springs, chassis components, whole diffs in casings etc, some are still in packets, like spur gears, an HD diff case. etc. Is there any kind of market for these spares? As I'm thinking of selling to regain a few bob and a bit of space in my crowded lean-to. Any advice appreciated, thanks chaps.
  2. Looking to purchase the Losi 22S SCT - Kicker. Any alternatives I've missed and that I should consider? Any shops in Dorset that you can recommend? Wouldn't mind having a look before I buy,
  3. Okay guys, I hope you are able to help us. Our Losi LMT Grave Digger is having issues after having a rough day. We saw the issue was the original servo saver (primarily plastic) broke, so we replace the servo saver. We are new to this stuff, so we did not know the difference between a complete servo saver and just the horn. Needless to say, we ended up stripping the servo, which also caused it to overheat. Ugh...Well...We replaced the original Spektrum servo (S614S) with another Spektrum servo (S614) and also got the 23T servo saver to match, but the servo is still overheating, and the steering won't work. I don't want to send it to the shop if it is something we can do here at home. What do you guys think it could be? What can we do to fix it?
  4. This for sale now as I have purchased a crawler. I would be looking for £700 I have spent over £1.220 thats the car 2 batteries and charger. The batteries are the spectrum 5000mah 100c 4s. 5. Hi I've landed an old Losi Mini 8ight buggy (model is LOSB0224T1). Im looking for some parts- front suspension arm, bumpers, spoiler mount, battery strap etc... Seems very hard to come by, and most come from the US? Any advise is welcome. It would also be good to know if parts from another model or maker would fit in too? Thanks IMG_1586.HEIC

  7. Hi, The plan was to speed run but that was stopped by issues with the car wheeling at 40+ mph, in this episode: - Wife attempts to sing Nyan cat for my intro and @Yrkoonand butchers it (sorry mate, this was supposed to be your Xmas gift) - I briefly show the LED build/setup - Footage of Losi 8ight doing its thing - Fpov GPS night time driving Once I've ironed out the car thinking its a plane, I'll conclude with episode 3 and its top MPH run. 8. Bought in March 2021 as an impulse buy like with everything RC related. It was the lights on it that did it for me. Used a handful of times so has been sat in the garage gathering dust. Not getting any use out of it as i have 3 other RC's that i prefer. Transmitter was never used as i binded to my other one. Complete with transmitter and original packaging. I can post if required but feel free to collect if you prefer. I am based in Solihull (B91 1) £325.

  13. Picked up one of these... I’ll post a few more pics later, I’ve got to get back to work 😂
  14. As per title, it's actually to fit an ansmann 1/8 (as I'm told it's a direct no drill fit...) that is itself just a project rig. Anything considered - stock losi one/ aftermarket - so long as it's usable condition. Thanks
  15. Hi I'm a front line worker and the Coronavirus has focused mine and probably everyone's mind. I'm determined to get back to enjoying my life fully again. Use to love racing my little buggy and general RC. So...... Have fished my Mini 8ight out of storage, placed new batteries in the car and transmitter, pulled the trigger and a cloud of dust was produced as it scream into the distance. Fantastic I thought a few flicks and have a huge grin on my face. Now where I need help... After a short time it threw the front driveshafts. Hadn't upgraded those to CVD's like did with my other cars. Took apart and pushed back into place, but now every couple of turns I keep losing one of the front drive shafts. Any suggestions on how I can get this problem fixed? The simple one is buying CVD's which I jumped on straight away. But everywhere I look they are sold out!!! I'm UK based BTW. Cannot get anything other than importing from the US or hope they make it from China. Even these seem to be thin on the ground. Anyway, if I can get a "quick" fix solution, sure would be a might grateful. Thanks everyone - Stay Safe
  16. Since I bought the Losi 5ive, I have been looking for a suitable LiPo to replace the stock NiMh. Yes, I could have spent
  17. OK, so I bought a Losi Muggy roller from the for sale section, pretty much standard apart from a nice IRC chassis. I intend to use it as a backup for my Nitros, so not going silly, will just be running a Turnigy 2000kv with a 4S Lipo. I made a start yesterday, first thing was to sort the steering servo. For simplicity and weight saving I decided to ditch the stock servo plate and install the servo using a simple servo bracket: Bolted the bracket to the chassis, and installed the servo and linkage: Not the best servo in the world but I've used them successfully on all my other models and it does the job. It does struggle a little though, so I will likely upgrade it at some point. Steering sorted, I installed the battery box and receiver. Battery box is screwed to the chassis, receiver is stuck to the chassis with Dead Mans Grip, fantastic stuff : That done, it was time to sort the motor mount. I was originally going to use an RC-Monster Muggy mount, but at
