  6. Spoke to Apex, they didn't know at all. Ah yes that is an idea, I will give Schumacher a call today and see what they say. On a side note I ordered some parts of the xtr and they came next day, great service!!!

    Thanks guys, yes I just saw in the manual online that it says use silicone grease but I just wanted to see if this was basically the same as the normal stuff. The manufacturers will always recommend a certain type so that you buy it.

  9. Replaced a melted drive shaft caused by a seized ball bearing. Also stripped and re-oiled my dif then put it back together on my xtr-3e Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

    Can I use general grease you get in those big tubs for the diff? Or does it have to be a silicone lube.
