      HPI UK seem to get stock on a set schedule. Good sales of a particular product can result in it running out until they next restock - they don't seem to speed up orders to match demand at all.

    Has anybody had a runaway E REVO as mine did tonight,was working perfect then it decided to jam on full speed and with no radio commands working to stop it

      if it got wet then that would cause it to speed off. are you still using the traxxas radio gear.

      Sounds like your transmitters failsafe isn't set right, if it loses signal or anything it should cut out... I've never set mine up so I can't say much though lol.

      yeah still using traxxas radio,funny thing is it was not wet,plus its waterproof to a point anyways.it flew and nearly crashed through a moving cars window,not a nice experience

    can any1 help me with this,i have followed the instructions about screwing the top pivot ball all the way in as stated,then trying to unscrew the bottom pivot ball to get negative camber,i measure using a rpm camber tool to get the negative 1 as stock,then when i try to adjust toe the camber is way off again,what am i doing wrong

      EVERY Baja needs certain things to make it just generally safer and stronger, like Outerwears pre-filters, windows, they both aid in letting as little dirt into the air filter as possible, then strength things such as the I-RC under chassis brace, TR top plate and a bumper... It's down to choice and if you plan on beating it hard.

      EVery rc needs upgrades, the only one i can think of that shouldn't but probably does is the proline pro trucks lol. But ther one big box of upgrades anyway.

    does the savage xl use the same fuel tank as the savage x 4.6

      Couldn't you mod a octane tank to it then put a savage xs rx box where the tank normally sits. With an alloy fuel tank gaurd it'd look neat too and be protected. If the petrol tank is ok for nitro cos the seals might degrade.

      Theyres mods for that any e.g ofna 250cc etc

      Any tank for petrol should not be used under any circumstances as seals will degrade very quickly

    i have the latest savage x 4.6,i bought the hpi 17mm conversion kit,is there anything else i need to do the mod as i have trenchers ready to go on

      I couldn't believe hpi charges the money they do for a standard type 17mm hex everybody wants. Then supplies something silly like the flanged nut type thats strips rims. It would have been nice if they atleast put buggy type hexs on the octane lol.

      joes are nice but trenchers are bigger and look more modern. Ide like some big joe 2 tho.

    thats what im doing wrong,didnt realise it needed nuts squeezed through the gaps,the thought of this is putting me right off lol,must be small nuts i take it

    right,the pic showing the top view with engine sitting on mount with the 4 screws keeping it on the mount,im wondering if im missing something as these screws dont get tight

    Ok guys how do u put the engine on the mta4 s28 mount,i know its like any other where u got the 4 screws but they dont get tight in the mount,am i missing something
