  1. yer that looks like a great shaped shell for speed runs
  2. What the 3.0 10.5T as it runs fine for me and I am running it in a drifter which has way less stress on the motor unlike your buggy
  3. looks cool mate good build!
  4. Well I built up a tc4 a while ago to make my first drifter and finally got some wonga to nearly finish her of and as the post man came today I fitted the new motor and servo also ordered some other bits but they were on back order so should come soon. Parts of the car are a bit of a bodge as the car was built from spares lol e.g. the battery strap

And with the wires coming from the side they might not be a great fit.

  6. made some braces for the front of my speed car and painted the undertray yesterday
  7. made my battery strap longer lol and fitted some bearing spaces in the hubs
  8. use a bruder scania truck they are very good quality for what they are im going to use one on a drifting project soon http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/sWAHrGIY1cI/maxresdefault.jpg
  9. Is this going to be a MAZ as in the one from the off road game spintires because that would look great?
  10. just fresh out the garage with some more brackets for the front of the chassis. I made these because where the undertray is mounted to the car I use the diff points so it is a fair way back from the front of the undertray so this meant there was quiet a bit of flex and the brackets coming from the top of the bumper mount stop this. I do like it in black now though it hides all the dirt lol
  11. right well as long as you do mate and good luck on the gcse they are not as hard as you think also what you thinking of doing after if you dont mind me asking?
  12. Im sorry but where wil you get all this money from and next year you need to concentrate on your GCSE's as i nearly didn't but know i have a 13 week summer to do what i like and then only two to three days at collage so even more time to work and honestly argon soon your going to want to pour all your money into real cars like me. MK2 escort all the way
  13. yer thanks mate me too ill run her at a reasonable speed for the first run as i have not unleashed her full power on the road yet also neither have i ever drove an rc at that sort of speed. Just painted the under-tray to make the car look nicer and more professional but know I dont want to scratch it lol here are some pics.

was just wondering, i used to use a hack saw but once i used an air saw with a special blade i will never use a hack saw again. like a knife through butter lol

  20. Right well my Robinson Racing pinion and spur came in the post today so here they are and I was very surprised on the two sizes almost the same size but I sopose they are only 9 teeth apart. So I got them both mounted on and then a problem arose, the pinion came up higher than the bottom side of the upper deck so I had to do some cutting and filing to make sure it would fit. So the car is finally all together apart from the rear drive shafts which are somewhere in the post and should come soon!!!! Cant wait to go testing with her.
