Stuck a deposit on a mk 6 fiesta zetec s yestarday, going to pick it up next Saturday.

I dont think you can get hexs to bolt/ glue into your wheels as far as I know, your best bet would probably be to buy a couple of new wheels. As for batteries I cant really help as I dont know much about them myself. As long as your esc can handle them and your battery tray is big enough you should be all good. I believe you can get soft case lipos in different sizes but they can be pretty easy to puncture and cause big problems. And if your running 3s your diff gear wont last long, I stripped my plastic one on 2s no problem and replaced it with another plastic one which laster a couple packs then I just replaced it with the metal one linked above and its been fine since

2.4ghz radios, you can buy a cheap set anywhere or just pick up a second hand set on here, driveshafts ive never tried those metal ones but you can get upgraded plastic ones that withstand brushless no problem but i cant remember which ones off the top of my head, 2s lipo would probably be quick enough but 3s would probably still be usable, when you say alloy hexs that bolt into the wheels do you mean alloy hexs to use hex wheels instead of the stock ones that just use the pin? if so, yes you can and I dunno if they were available when you last used it but theres alot of rpm and anza parts out now which will make it indestructable if you ever break any of your stock parts its worth upgrading because the parts arent mega expensive Id also advise buying one of these if your running lipos and brushless http://www.modelsport.co.uk/traxxas-planetary-gear-differential-with-steel-ring-gear/rc-car-products/31675 The stock plastic one doesnt last long

Well the season for us boarders is upon us, anyone going anywhere or have a new goodies this year? Im consiering a new board for my holiday on february. Still got my salmon drift 156 but I want something wider for carving on but still wanna stay in the region of 156-160. May aswell get a new set of bindings at the same time

If you go for the rustler get yourself metal diff gears, the main gear is plastic out the box and ive stripped about 2 of or 3 of them on my bandit before I bought the metal one for a grand total of about 4 quid
