  1. As above, how the hell do you calculate and show your PayPal fees?
  2. They tend to have a bit of weight to them unlike other very popular brands. I personally run 8aa batteries too to give it a little extra weight
  3. Glad someone's switched on. Used futaba in the 80's,90's and returned to them after a looooonnnngggg rc break. Never had a failure and they always feel very well made
  4. That seems such a waste of a PI. In fact is droid even running in the amstrad
  5. Front diff as standard does not contain shims. Remove shim and see if its actually required
  6. A boxed with paperwork 464 is like gold dust. Unboxed ones aren't worth jack but a clean, boxed and paperwork included one is rocking horse. Newer amstrads never had the appeal of earlier ones Ebay would actually be your best bet, believe it or not I doubt many people are interested in collecting an amstrad on this forum. Ebay will have plenty on watch for the "right" system
  7. Brilliant bit of kit, used it with an old android phone when running. Only scratched the surface of what it does to be fair. Can be clipped on or attached to strap also included. As you see in the picture its mint
  8. If it were a boxed 464 it would be good money, the later amstrads were never that valuable. Even one of the last ones which accepted mega drive carts isn't huge money. Give it a good wipe over, load a game and take some pics. Throw it on ebay as a 10 day auction and give it a chance to draw attention. It might surprise you
  9. 1/4 gallon with the eu at clanfield and perfect all day. Not even turnbuckles broke for a change.
  10. They have 1 thing in common then?
  11. I don't suppose you could link me to some setups? Always helpful to see how my setup vary to others
  12. Shims are only on the back diff. Download the manual and have a read, see if you're still on standard shimming
  13. As above, definitely a heavier weight in mid and front. My eu balloons a bitch even running an alpha nitro
  14. Proper quality Allen keys don't strip anything, cheap model kit and halfords stuff does. Werx Allen keys are worth their weight in gold.
  15. All plastic bits into an ultrasonic bath, dried and laid out and sprayed with gt85 All metal cleaned with a toothbrush and a pot of gt85. Use high temp white grease on bearings and metal to metal parts instead of the cack black stuff you get with kits now days. I used a shower once, dried and gt85 and wasn't impressed with the small rust spots here and there. 6-8 hours after race days 1-2 after practices.
  16. Component level strip after every race meet General strip and clean after ever practice evening
