Not a fan, looks cheap and nasty, too much rake also IMO.

I've been there....it wasn't THAT bad! They have good Vodka and central heating for the pavements.....

  3. Not at all. Didn't mean to offend. I was just asking if you want to buy or not , never mind now . Sorry
  4. I'm running AMD FX8350 @4.2Ghz MSI 970 GAMING Socket AM3+ MSI R9 280 GAMING 3GB GDDR5 DVI Kingston Beast 8GB 2133MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL11 and a 650W Corsair Power plant in a Zalman Z11Plus case
  5. Fitted electronics to the Shakura XI Sport Also locked the rear diff. Cut and trimmed the Tamiya Nismo Skyline R34 Body Bit more aesthetic work on the Vaterra
  6. My Shakura XI Sport New body cut and trimmed ready for some paint. The Vaterra The two of them
  7. It is used in perfect working order buddy . It says in the description "Very little use in mint condition both items" . So it is used!
  8. Best option is a dedicated drift chassis like this one http://www.modelsport.co.uk/yokomo-d1-drift-package-drive-m7-advan-max-orido-racing-86/rc-car-products/376132 But that's without the electics so you'll have to spend another 100 at least. Or buy this one: http://www.wirelessmadness.com/vaterra-nissan-silvia-s15-v100-c-1-10-rtr-rc-touring-car-with-2-4ghz-radio-system-vtr03008i At that price is a steal ! And it comes with everything included. Just buy some drift wheels and you're good to go
  9. These were bought from Modelsport, plenty of warranty left although I don't know if the warranty is transferable. Very little use in mint condition both items. Hobbywing Quicrun 8BL150 Waterproof ESC 6s Specs here: http://www.modelsport.co.uk/hobbywing-quicrun-wp8bl150-bl-esc/rc-car-products/382834 Comes boxed with everything included as new apart from stickers Has EC5 battery connector. 10. Good choice of a motor, can't go wrong with that. A little bit of flex is not that bad mate. Some chassis are even designed to provide exactly that little bit of flex.
  11. BF4 for me when I have the time that is. Just upgraded my PC in the wait for GTA V PC ....
  12. No, not at the mo, for now is just a shelfy ... I've got a brand new Tamiya Nismo Skyline R34 bodyshell which is going to become the shelf queen while the Silvia is going to be used for drifting. I'm waiting for a new rolling chassis for the Skyline...
  13. If you want a cheap drifter you can always have a Shakura D3 kit of ebay, they sell for about 90 quid but of course it's just a rolling chassis and you'll have to spend more on electrics and body... For what it is, the V100 is a very good value for money I must say.
  14. A very sort after Tamiya Nissan Skyline R34 Body shell !!! 2 sets of drift wheels and couple of other bits and bobs, all from Germany in 3 days. Very happy!
  15. 50-60mph will brake it really quick. That's not a true 8th scale, it's more of a longer 10th scale car . Fitting a true 8th scale system in there will ruin your clutch / spur gear in minutes. What u can do though , fit a Hobbywing WP SC8 ESC and a 550 brushless motor. That's 4s power, more than enough for your buggy. Although running it on 3s will make more sense for your particular model.
  16. Fitted a cheapo brushless sensored 10.5T system to the vaterra and a speedy bluebird 0.8s servo. Also some Absima shoks Then sticker-bombed the rear wing Then fitted an intercooler Then a reg no Yes, been quite busy
  17. same servo is used in the vaterra glamis uno so I'm guessing its up for the job Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
