    Hey Guys! Are any of you still running your RC's? I Got my Savage out the garage last night, and after a good bit of work I got it running this morning!! As the weather looks to be getting a little better is anyone up for a meet up?

    At no point did I assume my vantage was the original design. Clearly many manufacturers hold the licence to produce this product.

    Your best bet is to ask cyronne or tricky as they are running 1/8 truggy. I now have 7 lipos but I am only running 2s on 1/10. That gets me quiet alot of runtime. The 5000mah and up lipos obviously last the most. Im thinking maybe 15-20 mins in the losi. Never timed it tho.

    Shouldn't be bud. You can go on the land freely and unchallenged. Just be aware it is MOD land so don't touch anything that could be live ordnance.

    Plenty of space for the baja. Not incredibly quiet tho. Usually a few walkers/runners about. If the weather's good it obviously attracts more visitors.

    There are a few spots to park nearby. As you follow that road away from tesco there are a few soots on the left you can pull into. I will have a scout this week for some parking spots close to the area we want to hit up. Looling at the map there is a road going behind the structure close to the rounzd about. This would be the best place to park as it is closest to where we wanna be.

    Awesome, I will be ordering one of these I think and probably the wing too. I am fed uo with replacing lexan wings. Thanks for the heads up.

    Has anyone tried buying parts from the 1/10 quanum vandale on hobbyking? As far as I can tel it is the vantage, just re branded. They have an ally chassis plate for $25! Much cheaper than the carbon aly plate on modelsport.

    Do you know where the Tesco store is in Aldershot? Well it is a short drive from there, towards fleet. The area is refered to as ceasers camp I believe.

    The area you are looking at is 5 miniutes down the road from me. I Have some photos of a spot I scoped out a little further down the way. I will post them up when i get a minute. Acctually I have photos of this EXACT SPOT! This is the place I took the girlfriend to when I was looking for possible bash spots.

    I recently bought the scte rtr. Truck is awesome, does drop it's nose a bit when jumping but that could just be my driving. Built like a tank though, and great fun on 2s. Better than my blitz on the loose stuff too.

    It was a bit of work, but if it works consistently then i am on to a winner. Let me put together a little write up with some pics bud.

    One way bearing mod complete. Engine fired up instantly. I'm going to have to test it for durability, but my guess is it will be better than owb

    I would look at something 4wd, decent fun on 2s, probably not hpi unless it's a blitz. Before you buy anything ask on the forums and check out reviews on youtube. Just remember that a significant part of your budget will get spent on lipos if you want a decent runtime. or this^^ Or chuck me

    Sweet it's not just some weird thing happening to me. After closer inspection it seems to coming from the motor not the mesh. I'm sure it's fine, it just sounds a bit odd. Your 2.0 looks amazing, I will have to pick up one of those shells for my rtr.
