Couldn't think of anything RC related to buy so I bought a 5K Imac instead
Should get it tomorrow,just need to rearrange some furniture to accomodate it and repaint a wall or two that was hidden by some furniture.

  Well I sold my Macbook Pro for £1100 so this "upgrade" has only cost me £449.
  Laptop is nice but I never take it anywhere so may as well get a bigger screen to save my eyes

  I have a question, and I don't mean this as an Apple hater.
  In the final analysis, what makes them actually worth it?
  Like, it seems spec for spec on a Windows machine, you're paying roughly double, obviously the Apple has a nice screen, but taking into account money for a nice monitor, they still seem so much more than a Windows/Linux machine.
  Where does that extra money go?

  You are right however I love the fact they machined out of a single piece of aluminium.
  Most PC computers are just plastic and tacky by comparison.
  I would defy anyone to come up a PC that is anywhere nearly as good looking as a Mac without it costing almost the same.
