Hi guys looking for some views on some 1/5 scale monster trucks. I am wanting to go down the petrol route again. Seems to be very limited options on large scale monster trucks. i like the look of the maverick blackout, I I had a look at the Losi MTXL seems a lot of money for what it is. I always had my heart set on a MCD monster truck but they ain't around no more. I have had FG monster/monster beatle many years ago they don't seem to have changed over the years at all. Any reviews/ suggestions welcome many thanks

I would say depending on condition and the life left in the batts around £650-£700 i am thinking of selling mine and getting the mavic but i am going to wait a few months before i get mine and see if there are any issues!!

Now that's a proper motor mount, I have just fitted the Kershaw one to mine not run it just but can't see it lasting long my self! How you finding the dbxl conversion does it have plenty of power?

Hi guys, i wanna put some Losi 5t shocks on a dbxl, so do I need the 5T front or rears and are they a straight swap for stock ones? thanks in advance

When I had mine I used to put the turnigy heavy duty 3s 5000mah 60c lipos in 2 of them fitted it was tight but after a few times they was a nice snug fit!

forsale is my traxxas X-maxx 8s beast, the chassis it's self is in outstanding condition as its only ever been run on grass and has done a few light jumps, the body she'll is in excellent condition has a few splits in it but nothing major but it has to be expected due to the weight of the truck. Comes with castle 2028 and 120amp esc Kershaw 8s conversion kit and esc plate, stock traxxas servo the car it's self comes with a few extra up grades alloy shock caps and alloy shock thread nuts, alloy gear cover plate.
