  1. It's an angled overflow tank connector
  2. Haven't done nothin for a while, but I ordered some hyper ss mudgaurds. And fitted them to the EB4. Pointless I know, just wanted to add some feature to the body work. Shell is on its way out.
  3. Always been spot on for me. Bought after market ali hubs and servo saver. Worked a treat. Would defo use again.
  4. Use the same for each shoe. I think the thinner springs engage the shoes earlier, thicker takes more revs to engage.
  5. There Is some life left on the clutch
  6. That's the stock clutch bell. I've had the same bell for a year now and it looks in much better condition than his. It's gotta be the mesh...
  7. Yeah new bell, as George says. So maybe the mesh was too tight, causing your clutch bell too disintegrate and eventually lock up the bell and spur. Whenever I take my engine out I take it out from the top so I don't have to re-mesh every time.
  8. Is the centre diff mount tight?
  9. I think your engine mount screws from the bottom of your chassis have come loose. It was worth checking your clutch, while your engine was out. Can see where your clutch bell has rubbed on your spur.
  10. Are the teeth on the bell or spur mashed at all?
  11. You need to hold the flywheel with flange pliers or vice and undo the screw on the end of the crank.
  12. Did you take out the screws from the top or bottom? To remove engine?
  13. Hmmm, wonder if your engine mounts have come loose and shifted.
  14. Quote me if I'm wrong, I thought new bearings need breaking in to loosen up.
  15. If I were you I'd take the engine out and inspect the clutch, is this the first time you've ran since the diff oil change?
  16. Love the wheelie in the first vid Makes me wanna buy a Baja. Your mate got chopped down
  17. Sounds like the thread is shot on your existing one.
  18. Sheesh, how did that happen? Hope you are ok....
  19. One more thing these guys make bumpers and skids for thunder tiger models but I can't see your model. I would email them to find out if they make bumpers for your truggy, would give you a much stronger front end. If they don't you could just re-drill the holes in the right positions. Check first before buying though. http://t-bone-racing.net/
