Aye, thanks for your advice at the weekend mate, first time I have skimmed over Artex & it came out really good. Felt a noticeable amount more under pressure though, not because of the artex, but it's the first job I have done in my parents house & anything less than 110% I would have ended up kicking my self big time. What was even better was her face when she went to pay me & I told her to put her money away, as if she thinks I would charge my own mother for work in her house. It would just be plain wrong.

Just appeal & play on the fact that your blatantly willing to work, by rights they can't turn someone down for jobseekers allowance for wanting to go out & work. I'm so lucky I dont have to deal with them any more & have a really god job in terms of aiding my career. The amount of beef I have had with that pack of oxygen thieves over the years I have done well to say I never lost an appeal with them. They tried to tell me that I wasn't entitled to a free course for my CSCS card as it wasn't relevant to what I was doing at college. I'm doing plastering lol! Do u still have to go & sign on to pay your stamp?

Watch a program called American Weed & watch all the prescribed drugs that get replaced by it. It's pretty impressive. The fundamentals of the program though, are a whole different argument, for a whole different polotics thread.

The government need to raise the apprenticeship age to 30, or at least offer older people some sort of training. Try & fill in the gap in the building trade that the milk snatcher left. My main interest in polotics is the nutty antics of Boris Johnson, for someone who comes across as really dosey, he's a character.

U lot are gonna get some peace, aint gonna be out for at least the next 3 weekends because my bosses other labourer has a nasty habit of being too wrecked every weekend to work, leaving me to carry all his work. The ginger oxygen thief. Ah well, think of the coin.

Mate they haven't got a clue, when I started my job I kept getting asked who at the Job Centre found me it, they were insistent, even after me saying a hundred times "I got it through a mate of my old man" I kept getting asked who at the job centre got me it, they actually believe that they are helping people back into work. Just before I got said job I got a volunteer work placement with a plasterer (that I didnt end up taking because I got a paid job) the job centre told me that I was not allowed to do it & that I have to attend a compulsory work trial in the stockrooms at B & M, because it had no relevance to any form of employment haha. I got lucky & got my job that weekend. What sector are you looking for work in like fella?

Go on, I find job centre horror stories funny & may be able to help because of my past experiences with the pack of clowns. The day they tried to make my lass apply for a bricklaying apprenticeship when she has a law degree was one of my personal favourites, said they were gonna have a sanction placed on money because "she was not applying for relevant employment" Thank god i'm grafting now, dunno how much more I could have dealt with the complete muppets.

Does anyone know much about this place, video is a bit runnish but it's a place called Hill End, Frosterley, Count Durham. Video was only upped in January this year by some lad called Wayne Emmerson, dunno if any of u guys know him, or if anyone knows what the crack is with this place?
