  1. These are new and have been removed from a new model. Pre filled with oil and includes all pre-load spacers and mounting parts. £10.99 free postage.
  2. HBX 1/24 micro RC crawler. Used about a dozen times at Christmas. Great little crawler with 4 wheel drive and 4 wheel steering. Comes with instruction manual and charger. This car is the same as the FTX Ibex. The car works perfectly except for the front steering servo which has stopped working. This part can be bought for £6.48 and is easy to replace, it can be bought here: https://m.banggood.com/HBX-2098B-124-4WD-Mini-RC-Car-Spare-Parts-9G-Steering-Servo-p-974293.html?rmmds=search For more information please see the below link: https://m.banggood.com/HBX-2098B-124-4WD-Mini-RC-ClimberCrawler-Metal-Chassis-p-932834.html?rmmds=search

  4. Next on the list will be stiffer springs for the front and rear shocks, lowering the car and setting the steering links (toe, camber etc) to get the car to handle properly on road. I may be installing aluminium shock towers front and rear as the stock ones are extremely flexible which won’t let the shocks do their job fully.
  5. These are the batteries I will be using. Both high spec 2S batteries and I have a 3S as well. The car car now has all the electronics fitted in place on the chassis, including the Savox 1258 TG servo. I made an aluminium ‘shelf’ for the ESC which bolts onto the shock tower. This was necessary because the chassis has plastic ridges in it which means there isn’t much flat area to mount electronics. Now I’m waiting for the RPM front bumper (in blue of course!) and I need to paint the body. I also fitted the pro-line street fighter wheels and tyres.
  6. I will be using hobbywing's Max10 ESC with their 3652 4000kv brushless motor. Last weekend I fitted the RPM rear bumper and hot racing sealed diff. The diff was filled with 50,000cst oil as this worked well in my HPI Blitz. I also refilled all the shocks as they were a bit low on oil. 80wt oil in the front and 35wt in the rear. I may be buying spring kits for the front and rear shocks as I think stiffer springs will be required. The hot racing diff looks really good. It means you can use silicone oil rather than grease to tune the diff. And it should be more durable than the stock plastic diff. The RPM bumper requires RPM's bumper mount in order to fit.
  7. Here is a build thread for my on road Slash project. I bought an LCG chassis Slash roller off eBay for this and will be upgrading and tuning the car to be an on road only car. I want to see if the Slash can be made to handle well on road and be stable at speed. The car came with several upgrades including: Traxxas aluminium caster blocks Aluminium shock caps Fastrax steel driveshafts Aluminium front bulkhead STRC aluminium battery hold down Here is what it look like currently, with an Arrma Talion for scale!
  8. Will you take £30. I will pay fees.
  9. Set of wheels and tyres for Maverick Ion. Also fits 1/18 himoto cars. In decent condition with plenty of tread left. £8 including postage.
  10. Used ESC. In good clean condition. 25 amps constant Up to 3S lipo with lipo cutoff mode Suitable for 1/16 and 1/18 cars Micro tamiya connector £8 including postage.
  11. Where will the winner be announced? Are all gold members automatically entered?
  12. I would recommend a power hd LF-13. Its 13kg of torque which is plenty for a 2wd 1/10 scale. And 0.13 sec speed which again is decent. It’s £28.99 https://www.modelsport.co.uk/power-hd-lf13-metal-geared-servo/rc-car-products/388579 I’ve had the power hd LW20 before and it was good for the money.
  13. I bought these for my Arrma Talion but found out that they weren't any stiffer than the stock springs. They will fit the majority of 1/8 scale shocks. Therefore they are for sale. They were installed but then immediately removed so are in as new condition.
  14. Plastic tray that I bought but don't need anymore and return postage will be nearly what I paid for the item! Great for storing cars and working on them. £8 collection only from Burley In Wharfedale.
  15. I’m sure there are still a few people who own and use a Blitz but don’t post much anymore on the forum. I don’t have my Blitz anymore but I still have a look at this thread occasionally to see what going on and if I can help out.

  17. I'm interested in this. How much do you want for it?
  18. Can I have the Castle Mamba Monster 2 system please.
  19. No sorry. I don't have anything to trade and I'm lacking money too!
  20. Power HD LF-20MG metal geared servo. In good condition, the servo works perfectly and there is little to no play in the gears or spline. This Digital servo has metal housing around the middle which allows for the heat to rapidly dissipate. With double ball bearings you will have smooth movement and powerful torque when you need it. You cant beat the performance of this servo and at such a great price it's a no-brainer. Specification: Torque(4.8V): 16.5 kg-cm (229.1 oz/in) Torque(6.6V): 20.0 kg-cm (277.7 oz/in) Speed: 0.18 sec (4.8V) │ 0.16 sec (6.6V) Operating Voltage:4.8 ~ 6.6 DC Volts Weight: 60 g (2.12 oz) Bearing Type:Ball Bearing x 2 Motor Type:DC Motor Gear Type:Copper & Aluminum Operating Temperature:-20℃~60℃ Working frequence:1520μs / 333hz Size:40.7 x 20.5 x 39.5mm (1.60 x 0.80 x 1.55 in) £15 including postage. PayPal preferred. Thanks for looking.
