Hi all, I've decided to sell my RC car. I bought it off here in March and have only used it 5 times. I bought it during my fad stage and it has since been sat in the cupboard doing nothing. It is unboxed but in good condition. It is standard spec except I changed the servo to a metal HD-1501MG and attached an Answer RC Clamp Servo Horn Futaba 25T RED. I'm interested in swapping my 8 x aa batteries for a single tx lipo pack. Has anyone done this with a ansmann w5? Did you have to remove the battery holder? and lastly can you recommend a suitable lipo?? Cheers Lee

I think all the safety features on the esc are automatically setup! ? Its pretty much just plug and play! You can feel the cut off kick in and it just stops your car dead

I'm really happy with my car! And it runs really nicely on 3s! I series linked two 2s and the motor started to smoke so need to look into that a bit more! I'm sure I've read you can't program the esc? I could be wrong as I've read so much this last month! Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk
