  6. There is always down the embankment, near where the old water treatment plant used to be just past the bridge on way to fengate, been down there a few times, the grass seams to stay short and there is a kind of track layout down there. If driving from boongate towards Stanground if you look down to the left just past the flats as you come up to the river bridge you will see the area I'm on about Sent from my E6853 using Tapatalk
  7. Evening guys, As above, has anyone used one and if so what are they like? Have acquired one and would like to know what there like, pro's and con's of use Cheers in advance Paul Sent from my E6853 using Tapatalk
  8. The extra jst plug is for hooking up to led's (up to 2amp) Sent from my E6853 using Tapatalk
  9. The thick red and black wires are the ones you put the deens plugs on as that's the wires for the coil Sent from my E6853 using Tapatalk
  10. The red and brown wires are for the led Marcus mate and has already got one fitted by the looks of it, this must be a newer version that Lee is making as not seen one before with the extra jst leads [emoji848] will have to ask him and come back with an answer for you all Sent from my E6853 using Tapatalk
  11. Cheers dude ? Gonna dig the little guy out later and see what space I've got to play with, with regards to the motor. Don't suppose yours is easy to get to? And give me the overall length please? WhatsApp me if you want mate ? Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  12. OK will have to get the dimensions of the motor from the seller and see its doable as take it its gonna be the length as well as the diameter that's gonna be the issue? Gonna dig it out the cupboard in the morning and have a better look at it Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  13. Hi, Sorry yes it's a 1/16 truggy I realised that after I posted it but tapacrap wouldn't let me edit the post title. So would the motor set up from the mini 8ight still be too large for what I'm looking for? Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  14. Evening people, Am after some advice on converting a Colt Mini-C truggy from Nitro (never have been able to get this little bugger to run!!) to a brushless set-up, Have seen someone selling a motor, motor mount and esc on eBay from a losi 8ight that's seams a good price but just need some advice on what's out there thats gonna be suitable so we can get some use out this little truck Cheers Paul [emoji106] Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  15. Cheers, Have Googled both and looks more like the pureten so Googled just that and there are loads of variations on the pureten but a little closer knowing what parts to look for lol Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  16. Right have been and collected them as most of you guys said for £35 it's a good deal but anyway the truck isn't a problem as you all pointed out its a Thunder Tiger EK4 but need help in identifying this one now lol. It's a Kyosho of some sort but need to know what model for parts and that. This is what came with the truck. Needs a bloody good strip down and rebuild but at first glance doesn't look too bad, Front shock tower is a little bent but will straighten out in a vice. Engine turned over and has compression but looking at the condition of it it's in bad shape but will strip it down and see if it's salvageable. So now over to you guys again, is it worth what I paid and how much of a ballache is it gonna be to get these two back up and running again? Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  17. Will be picking them both up next weekend so will be able to have a better look at them both and see what's needed to get them running and will post some more pics ?? Cheers for the help guys Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  18. So sounds like a good deal then? ? And yes was thinking the same with the car as looks very similar to a friends Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  19. Cheers mate ? To be honest, I didn't look that closely at the pics lol its been a while since I last had a nitro of any sort so was just wondering if was worth it so Harley has a bit of a variety in what he can take out. At the moment it doesn't look like it will run bit the chap has a brand new engine with it that will need a bit of a run in I guess Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  20. Afternoon guys, I've been offered this nitro truck for £35 have no idea on brand or if it's worth the £35 he's asking for it. Comes with standard fm radio gear and does come with a brand new boxed engine but no idea on make or parts availability so some help would be great as gonna be another one for my lad to play with ? And the car in the background on this pic is getting thrown in free Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk

  23. Only shot I got of it dirtyish lol as my lad decided to wash the shell while I was getting a cuppa at bashfest lol from swingy-p's Z3
  24. Should (in theory) be fine as it's got a custom made 2 stage filter inside and the paper filter that came with it got binned lol from swingy-p's Z3
  25. Cheers mate [emoji3] sadly there is nowhere to mount them on this truck [emoji19] but have them fitted to all my others [emoji6] [emoji6] from swingy-p's Z3
