They have always been incredibly greedy, just like eBay and Amazon, it's how they get so rich.

We really need a Mark Zuckerberg 2.0 to come along and create a nice cheap safe way of sending money, either that or new ruling which helps people when they get conned via a bank transfer, although banks will help most of the time they still have no legal obligation to help and they should, they get enough bonuses for it, at least the bosses do.

To be fair, this charge only applies to dormant accounts, just log in and no charge, most of us will have busy paypal accounts and dont need to give this a second glance
