Fingers crossed the additional motor will be delivered today, it’s the 4274 G3 2250kv, going to interesting on difference in torque and top end.....

Another spot for on road stuff is the PR car park next to the football stadium in Colchester, again a number of vids out there showing the exploits ofYT Rc channels having a bash.

I have seen the skid plates, will get some from the track shop, was trying to find a chassis protector, but can’t find any in the UK. Thank you for the advice about the foam pad under the motor.

I am only going to race this one, it’s not for bashing, I have an X Maxx and other trucks for that. With that in mind very little should need upgrading, although I am skeptical about the plastic spur gear and chassis braces.... I have had a change for plans for the motor, will be going down the 2250kv 4274 G3 route for more top end. The 1900kv will be kept for the next build, a Mugen or SWORKz e buggy.....

If you on a tight budget go with the plus or sct, but they have been superseded by your PRO now...200A and timing up to 48 degrees....it’s crazy....

If you are willing to spend, HW XR8 PRO with 1900kv motor, then treat yourself with the wireless OTA, you will never look back....👍
