    trying to get a mobo -cpu - ram - ssd - OS, all for under 250 quid.

    a monumental mission and i'm unable to get below 300 quid.
    i even skimped on mobo and went very basic with an AMD chip 8gb ram 120gb ssd and that blasted killer is the OS costing 100 quid. do i just shove on my vista oem and make do.

      You can get windows 7 pro 64-bit for under £30 on ebay.

    My sister wants a laptop from littlewoods but doesnt want a really cheap or too over priced one, after looking for her there's a hp something for 449 and another that to me sounds lower spec on currys for 380 i think. So the lilwoods price might be just alittle higher than the cash price if she gets intrest free. What do you think? ive said to save up but she laughed in my face but she is a student.

      ^ I'm using the i5 version of that laptop right now, it's fairly quick the cpu doesn't struggle with anything but the hard drive struggles if you try to open to much at a time. 3 and a half hour battery life in the real world which fairly average. I paid

      Tbh the engine is the s50 is more than cabale and is probably comparable to an lrp zr.30 in power. HP figures are dreamed up none were actually get on a dyno they are all theoretical. And it makes its max power a 16'000rpm so it's use able power.

Does this matter? Is it gonna be an issue as I'd rather sell the set now and use the money to get the newer ones rather than snap one and being left with nothing

      Those wont work with the heavy duty cups that come with the flex they will probably snap too as they are thinner.

      You sure it isn't the front kick-up which is normal? If not irc chassis is they way to go.

      They run fine, and the quality is Fine they just don't make much power. Much like a bmw 2l diesel engine.
