  1. is it ok to spit a little fuel when applying the throttle on my hyper 21 engine or is the lsn too rich? there's no fuel coming out at idle! regards steve
  2. just purchased the above model second hand for 99 quid and its mint, fired up 1st time. its been run on 20% but i have a gallon of 16% and dont want to waste it, will it run ok on this %. Cheers guys
  3. watch this video and fix it, i have fixed loads and saved
  4. Where is the land in Rogerstone you are trying to get planning for? i live in Rogerstone!
  5. had the engine running pretty good for a month but this was a christmas pressie for my gf's son and its just started to do this. yes got it second hand but it was running sweet with loads of compression. replaced all screws an it now starts first or second pull, compression is better now. going to have to teach the 14 year old some tricks so he can sort this out himself so i can get on with my own 2 nitro's lol.
  6. right, replaced all screws with new ones and that seems to do the trick, but if i over tighten them it really makes the pullstart impossible to pull.
  7. i found that there was a screw missing so bought the correct screws (x4) but just replaced the one, maybe i can replace the lot?? the screws that were in there were the original ones. will change them all and see what happens. cheers ps, haven't used thread lock, so will give it a try.
  8. I have a hot bodies lightening with a force .28 engine and it spits fuel during start up. if i tighten the 4 screws holding down the cylinder cooling head down this stops and the engine starts but the screws loosen slightly and because of the fuel leaking it wont start until i tighten the screws back up again. I have taken the cylinder head off and i just seems that the head is keeping the top of the engine down when the screws are really tight. Is this right???? is it a seal gone maybe, when i have taken the engine apart it all looks fine, is it worth sticking the plate with glue before i put the cylinder head back on? any help please!!!
  9. GOT A HONG NOR .12 ENGINE IN MY MINI ST, DOES ANYONE KNOW THE FACTORY NEEDLE SETTINGS???? CHEERS IN ADVANCE
  10. no need to buy a new pull start, its an easy fix to take it apart and re bend the spring to fix the pullstart. i have done it loads of times and never needed to buy a new one yet. watch this video to help
