sunday 30th of june race meeting at swindon,astro ,non members wellcome,just bring a 1/8th or 1/10th down and give racing a try,3 meetings before insurance needed,friendly club,covered pits for you to work under,1/10th and 1/8th,gates open 9 am,nitro pratise 10 am,electric pratise as soon as you get there.electric 1/1oth,1/8 all wellcome,{we have a lot of electric 1/8}transponder hire,now racing even cheaper. non members

for faster flight,i will take the camera and landing gear off,the extra weight doesnt help the speed

lms,sounds the way to go,

you still need marshels,lee maybe only 1 or 2 depending on the size of the track,but till you got about 5 people a race night,i wouldnt pay out for the hall[unless you get it for free}best to see how much local interest there is,people may have the carpet and every else needed.if there no local tracks,you could be onto a winner

so you need carpet as well

trouble is,most racers use the mrt timing,so you need enough transponders{if it aint mylaps mrt}to cover the racers in your area or the club wont grow.so till you got about 10 people,you cant even start,cause you need marshells to cover the track while the outhers race,if your serious then go to a club that running and see how they do things,and expect to get moaned at all the time,cause you dont get a lot of thanks running a club,but you get everybodys moans,

take the switch out and just put a contector where the switch was and then contect your battery like that,no switch just at all just put a conector in place of the switch,{as i said before switches can cause a lot of problems,loss of range and outher things,when they go wrong]

best thing to do with a on/off switch on buggys is to get rid of them,they can cause a lot of problems when they get faulty,just direct wire.

ok does anyone know for sure if the 959 has a button for flips?i narrowed the choice down to the 949 and the 959,i rather have flips on command than when i am trying to fly fast{at low levels} and the wind flipping it out.

johnny dead right,the losi kit will only take 20/21 at the most,and that limts the hell at of low kv motors

just go 7 or 7.5,if your bashing

lower the mm,more torque,higher the mm more revs

look at the drive pins,make sure there not too worn,losi,team assocatied,sworks,kyosho, all good makes,you get 3 races before you need to buy brca insurance,but cov a busy track,so book in for your 1st meeting,just phone up the chairman,get in touch with coventry club{info will be on the brca website for all uk tracks}

if your racing steer clear of the hyper,it aint a race orrientated car,but your best bet would be to go down to the track,watch the racing ,talk to the racers and maybe your get a good named car for a cheap price,{there ussally people selling cars,roller ect at big meetings like cov}OR maxbashing witch is a 1/8th racing forum,but rember if you buy a brand new car it will get srcathed on tracks,and like real life cars,you think the 1st car you get is wonderful,but the best car is the one you later,so get a roller 1st,then when you been racing,spend out on a new model

just about to get a wl toys qaud?but which one? 1. i want the biggest size possible, 2. must do flips,real trouble is on the banggood site theres hardley any measurements?so if you used them ?tell us what u think
