    as if.a guys just been with his bike he took it to halfords for a service charged him and basicl just stuck it in a back room for 5days.he got it back gear same as before not working they only thing they did was bleed 1 of his brakes and charged him

      Always use a local independent bike shop for repairs. I'd buy a bike from them but always have it serviced elsewhere.

    found a couple more old coins with my metal detector, a 1907 edward penny, very well worn cleaned up really nice found in a coppeced hazel tree area, also a 1958 Half penny with a ship on the front. just of a beaten down path

      Sounds good. Mine's a cheap but modern one. Got good reviews. I can't figure out the 'discrimination' settings though. Not used it much tho due to circumstances but would like to do it some more. Found what I think is a musket ball.

      Did the farmer say yes? I asked a few months ago and he said no because someone's already got exclusive rights to metal detect on his fields. I've got a C-Scope.

      Loads of small collectors models too that are always good to browse. It's got more stuff in than any other shop I've been into. The actual RC stuff is limited though. Lots of toy grade RC stuff but only limited Hobby grade stuff. Worth a look tho. It's at 202 High Holborn.

      Modelzone near Holborn station's worth a look. Not the best RC shop in the world (I wouldn't buy from there) but they've got SO much mans stuff in there...models, planes, trains, if you're into cars generally it's a good way to waste some time.

    can anyone tell me the process of boiling off tyres ? you know how many minutes what gas mark to do i need to just keep it boiling ?

      Do em as if you're boiling some spuds, I took mine out after 15mins and tested them, but needed a bit longer then they peeled off fine.

      Well now you explain it no it's not as simple but you initially said they'd just cut contact. Anyway sounds like they're well out of order if you did use it within spec. I'd keep on at them personally, you shouldn't be
