Thanks for the input guys. I have a wpsc8 and 3660 2500kv knocking about which will cover it for the time being. Big fan of low kv high gearing......... On the other hand I have a quicrun 150a and a 4092 leopard motor. That could power the xl... Oh dear I am off again

Wow!! Now that's what you call a reply. Nice indenthonest opinion there Oho. I got to be honest I was leaning more towards the 1/10 purely as it's easier to transport or take on holiday. I was reading your thread last night tbh and watching your videos. I am sold on the yeti as a vehicle and I think you just swung me all the way to the 1/10 variety. Just the rtr or kit to decide about now. I have read some stories saying that it needs totally stripping and rebuilding from the box anyway so might as well get the kit and drop my leccy in. Is the factory build poor or just a fussy few?

Looks like I finally got enough cash to get either a yeti 1/10 rtr. Or a yeti xl kit. I have electrics to put in the xl so that's not an issue. Or do I save some dough and get a 1/10 kit. I got electrics for that as well. Been bashing this around in my head for about 2 weeks now.

Pd7227 is the hex the disc sits on. If that's what you are looking for.

Hi guys. Thinking about getting either the wraith poison spider rtr or the yeti 1/10. I understand the physical difference with regards to suspension set up etc but torn which one to order. Ideally would love the yeti xl but they are silly money s/h.

Ideally charge at 5a but it would seem you have a 3a max charger. It's no biggie but will take about 1.5 hrs to balance charge as opposed to about an hour with a 5a charger. I balance charge every time. Takes a little longer but lipos live longer. Have you read the lipo sticky at the top of leccy section. Good info for a lipo newbie.

Lower kv. smaller amp draw. I can run an emaxx on 1480kv geared 50/32 for nearly an hour on 4s 8000mah lipo. Used to get about 25 mins on a 2350. No heat and popping 50mph wheelies.

Slash 2wd bellcranks and servo saver Maxx/revo spool, front or rear. 2wd stampede or shared chassis skids and bumper in green Assorted 2wd pede plastics all used. Traxxas 50k diff oil Maxx rx box. 2 holes drilled in bottom 2x stampede servo savers 1used. Not sure if steering links are stock length To keep things to the rules I will say £100 for the lot but obviously each item can be sold individually.

My traxxas backslash 2wd. Built up last year and never run. Some parts are brand new, others were part of the doner Slash. 2400kv motor. Used. Wpsc8. Never run. Cheapo servo but works spot on. Lcg chassis. Never run. Brand new steering linkage Brand new drive shafts Brand new gearbox and slipper Recon traxxas big bores Used wing and mount. Strc alloy bulkhead Anza bulkhead brace Strc alloy hub things All new bearings Rpm shock towers and wishbones. Jang mod to front arms to allow fitment of rears. Brand new jaso 3.3 wheela and tyres. Rest see pics I only ask as I can't find anything to compare for price. Or a p/x value against a summit. Thanks in advance guys.

Each item £16.50 posted inc fees. 2wd Slash front and rear wheels and tyres. Fronts are about 1/2 worn. Rears like new. Slight scuffing to the wheels. Mav scout tyres and foams, no cuts, very little wear, foams good. Stampede 2wd shell. In very reasonable condition within very minor splits about 2mm in length. Hole cut in bed as I had a wpsc8 in there.

Yep on 4s the first motor I ran on it was a 4072 2650kv hobbywing motor and the 4092 is 1480kv. It's now in my other emaxx again on 4s with a 2560 kv 3674.
