  1. wiggles, that looks like a pretty serious car. Which make and model is it? Is it 1/10?

Sure I'll take this. My ESCs are only doing 5V mainly. Well, some of them. PM me pklease. Nav

    SOLD

Does this come with a lipo? Brushless? ta
  5. Payment made for the motor and batteries yesterday. thanks Shaun
  6. If the lipos and motor are £30 each I would take both of them, maybe even pay a bit more but I know I'm not first here damnit
  7. What KV is the motor? thanks edit: also how do you plug the ESC into the receiver? Do you need an extension? I see a socket coming out of that ESC, not a plug...
  8. Is that a VRX-DE from Kyosho? What do you think about it? I'm thinking of picking one up second hand. Is it any good on jumps and say a gravel BMX park or more just on road? thanks
  9. Are parallel boards safe? I have one and a reasonably high wattage charger (just one so far) and have tried 2*2s which seemed ok but may have puffed a couple slightly so took no chances and switched back to normal charging. Thanks Zoea
  10. That's true, and me and my brother do have 1/8 models, but I had some good fun with my 1/10 4wd buggy and think it would be worth putting some money into properly trying this type of buggy. I think I like the big ones, but mainly for the 4wd, so a smaller 4wd with decent durability might well be a lot of fun in the particular spot we tend to bash at. Plus it's a bummer pulling out 8 chargers to charge 8 batteries for one outing lol(2*2s*2 models). Yes, I have 8 chargers lol. It's not good.
  11. I'm after something ideally in the last 2-3 years, but cheap enough to be a bargain. I don't mind the BZR-444 but it's just not premium, I'm having to replace the shocks and the tyres after just one outing. I would like something more reputable, but with the flexibility to run a stick pack 2s. A slash or firestorm in 4wd? Not familiar with either model really, I may look into it, I do tend to prefer the larger models these days. Thanks for the suggestions. Other help welcome Zoea
  12. Hello all Is there a decent 1/10 4wd that takes a stick pack? Perhaps requiring some parts for conversion? I have a lot of 2s stick packs and don't want to shell out for 2-3 saddle packs just for one car (I have like 6 cars). I do have a Basher BZR-444 cheap version that does take a stick, but it's been quite a lot of work already and I know it will never be a high end car. Thanks for the help people. PS when I get some ideas I might post up a wanted add.

Hi there I'm interested, saw the listing for the roller, are you willing to take it off ebay for a PPG deal at all? Since you're a gold member etc etc I would trust you on this. But it would depend on the price etc. Feel free to PM me. I would want to run it 4s so the ESC and battery would just be extras for me (probably, i'll try it as is first). thanks
  15. I liked my recent eBay purchase for my bro for around £200, I got a 1/8 ebuggy, Sworkz Eb1 S350 Evo 1/8th, came RTR (even tranny) and 2 2s lipo, charger, even decent Duracell batteries in the TX and all for around £200 del. It's a beast, faster than my own 1/8 ebuggy and lighter too, also turns very well. Have to put a decent set of tyres on it to really get an idea, but it's been out twice and it's been a blast both times. 100% satisfied and the shell was pro painted which is a bonus. I love the durability of 1/8 ebuggy if not the weight. But I have enough chargers and lipos to not worry about 2*2s batteries in each so that's a bonus for sure. I think I can now charge 9 and discharge 8 2s lipo at 1C at a time. Nice Will probably get rid of some of that hardware soon. Ebay is good if you follow it closely. Lately I've stopped though, I've spent enough doing that, and don't really feel I need anything at the moment. The classifieds on this and similar sites are generally better value anyway, unless you get real lucky in an auction on ebay. Tip: Watch RC Models and RC Accessories on ebay, filter out the new (too much), so go with New other - not working selections, and check the newly listed every day a couple of times (on each category). For at least a week. Add what you like to your watch list. I've got quite a few bargains this way, and only once been burned with something listed as not working actually not working on arrival. Good luck! Zoea
  16. Welcome, post a lot and have a good time. It's a great community. The For Sale forums are also amazing, check them couple times a day...
  17. Welcome! It's addictive, but it's fun
  18. I love 1/10 short course. Great compromise between normal 1/10 buggy and 1/8 buggy craziness (in size at least). That truck looks great. My DESC210 is good except the parachute effect, but the shell isn't cut, so whatever. No pics yet, but bashed my Agama A215E against my Bro's sworkz s350 be1 evo pro 1/8 electric last week. His is faster but I prefer the crazy torque on mine for some reason. Not that his is lacking (and it's faster). I recommend 1/8 buggy electric to anyone in the hobby, they are much more durable and fun as hell. You can get some good deals on ebay or 2nd hand. I did manage to loosen (break?) some wing mounts on my agama last time but I was tumbling all over the place at crazy speeds. Will try and get some pics or vids up for my next post. I think I'm up to 7/8 models and no pics. The shame
  19. Damn that's one impressive Lancer body. As for me, been out with the venerable but still fun B4 this week, also took out the Agama A215E last sunday, bad place but lots of fun was had on the grass with 4s. Tempted to try 6s on a different chassis (watching EBAY like a hawk) extra voltage makes all the difference. B4 was solid except the ESC coming off the double sided tape - I clearly have crap tape - any suggestions? Brother was running a Tamiya Jimny which he absolutely loves and it has some pace on brushed / lipo. Like it too, good scale, much smaller than your average 1/10 and 4wd. Just has a habit of falling over if turning quickly or whatever. Still to properly try my Serpent S411 touring car, first outing the front belt came off, was going to run it this week but couldn't find enough unused asphalt. It's looking really promising so far, just 8.5t and blinky for now as I get used to it, I have a track sort-of-nearby so hoping to get some time in actually racing. Would be a nice change. Spent ages discharging batteries but I have a solution from Banggood or something coming soon (tm).
  20. Yeah my Floureon 2s 5200mah takes more charge from storage than my 90c 6000mah IP Lipo race pack. But I have to say high C is worth it, based on the IP and a couple of other batteries. Faster!
  21. I'll take an 18 tooth mod1 pinion (I think there's one left...) please pm me your paypal for ppg thanks
  22. Looks like it takes two batteries. What size / cell count / capacity batteries fit? Any examples? thanks N
  23. Bashed my newly acquired 1/8 ebuggy on 4s locally. Agama A215E / ix8 v2 / Hacker 2100kv / Savox 1271. Am lucky to have a gravel BMX track, asphalt and short grass all near the spot and able to be done in one lap. It was great. I love the durability of 1/8, there is no way my RC10B4s would take as much punishment. Many tumbles, tangles, front flips, and bad landings were had. Also have a touring car to properly try out later, when I get around to it Phone's broken but next time I post expect pictures and maybe video...
  24. Need 2-4 of these, they come in packs of 8, got any spares? Thanks. Don't want to import and looking to save some money. http://www.team-durango.com/part-info.php?partNo=TD330037 Z
