    as noj said the 40t spur is the norm so i can see. oh my motor is a 2350 not the 2650 my bad. i run a 40t spur and only a 16t pinion at the mo and that shifts! i wouldn't even dare stick a 4s through it as i think the speed will just be to much to stay in control of it.

    if the cells become unbalanced then one will drain down further than the other which can make then lowest cell go below minimum voltage. basicly ruin the pack.

    how many amp hour is the lead acid battery mate? as 5000 mah is only a 5ah battery which is tiny in lead acid terms.

    that battery should do you well then mate. the charger should come with the plug with some battery clamps on to put onto the battery, well i assume it will but if not its wouldnt be to hard to make a lead you can use a 12v battery on chargers like the core uac 50 as it has a 12v input port, rather handy but that chargers not really suitable for 4s even tho it can it will take a while lol

    just make sure you do get a leisure battery NOT a normal car battery the cells on a leisure are bigger and designed for constant draw and handle going to a lower state of charge than a normal car battery. yes you can use a normal one but you will kill it a lot faster than a leisure one.
