I think that's a spot on idea, put the ball in his court and let him make the important decisions. Also keep a record and diary of what happens every day after your daily meeting and what was said. In this way you make him decide what's important and what's not ( in his estimation anyway ) and if the worst happens and everything goes tits up its only half your fault and you were working under directions from senior management .

It's a rb 21 sport Bottom of the range rb engin a cheap and cheerfull option looks like its ****ed now mate. Spend your dosh on a quality used engine an os or a better rb maybe. I may have some bits in the loft that will fix it

28 will more than likely be to thirsty for racing matey, everyone runs 21 in the truggys. Os are great engines as are novarossi, alpha ,Bullitt and rb. Choice is yours , Head on over to maxbashing and get one or two ideas from there , the lads on there all race. -
