    Had the truggy out today, ran a few packs through it. Plenty of power on 2s with the longer can, I think 3s would be borderline unusable. With the offset of the wheels, does anyone know which are the best to buy? I can see myself going through tires fairly rapidly with this power

    I had the same thing a few years back, I sent the owners of the campsite an email and they said that they didn't have a problem with it. I think you'd be best off just asking them if they're OK with it.

    At least that way I've got the warranty to cover it if it does go wrong

    Yeah, most likely, unless one comes up on here or Ebay for a good price

    I'm still very tempted by the SCT combo, for the price the esc is basically free. If it does go poof then I can upgrade to a better one when that happens.

    That's the general understanding I've gathered, that the sidewinders are really inconsistent, some work fine and others are just useless. Do you think that an SC8 WP would be overkill?
