Ok, Well i will let the secret out hehe It is takes from the datacantre my mate works at, were i get my hosting from... ( PM me if you want any ) and he did that test for me... theres a litte story that goes with this though... they thought they would have a game of CS one day, and with it been such a fast connection, the ping was like 0/1 so, after a while, they got banned and had to spend 1 hour on the phone explaining to steam why their ping was so low and to get the steam account unbanned
