Which ever one your pockets can afford.this is a hard question to pose as not everyone has run every model out there.do a search on the forum and look at the pros and cons of each model.most need upgrading eventually but will run fine for a while as stock.check availability of spares and service levels for each model.what ever you get you will have fun.

His insurance company don't own the car until you have accepted their offer.they cannot force you to take the first offer they come up with usually if you decline you have to prove the market value if your car.if you accept the cheque they have sent you then they will legally own the car and will be responsible for it there after.it sounds like they are trying to bully you I to accepting their offer and closing the case.i would return the cheque and get a solicitor involved mate.

If your car has xenon headlights then washers have to be fitted.as for self levelling they can be tested.the mot guy will switch on the ignition and check for movement in the headlights to check they are finding the level point. Looks like the carrier is worn.the rubber bungs underneath the gear are either knackered or the gear is too big.have you checked the bearing in the carrier behind the brake these heat up and melt the plastic.

I bought it new and had probs from day one it was stripped and rebuilt with fresh oil.first thing to go was the gear,stone got caught in it and stripped it.next was the lay shaft grub screw came loose so thread locked it but eventually it spun.then the plastic gear carrier gave up and dropped the bearing out.then the engine moved because of the crappy engine mounts.now in this thread everyone is suggesting up grades.second hand alloy parts are hit and miss as to whether or not you get junk.now for

They need a lot spent on them otherwise its fixing it down the park every time you take it out.engine mounts,clutch mount,lay shaft and drive gears all need upgrading which isn't cheap.i had mine 2 weeks before I got rid.they don't turn corners at speed either.i now run a punisher and have yet to replace anything.had hpi fg and this comes out I top every time if your a basher.
