  2. is this a continuation of your take glow starter off and engine cuts thread ? if it is it will be because the engines running to rich
  3. if its the corect bearing then i would leave that seal on it , but thats me others may say otherwise
  4. change the glow plug, running in is hard on the glow plugs
  5. sorry no idea mate its not a hard engine to start with the pull tho
  6. as above and these finger over the exhaust and pull the cord till you see fuel at carb , or finger over exhaust and flip fuel lid open and let shut again till fuel enters the carb
  7. if you strip em down and clean everything and clen including bearings when you get back then dont see a prob with it however if you wanna run them and not do that the salt water and sand will kill it
  8. savage 3.5 is 20 quid more and my local shop was throwing in wheely bar and reverse module for the price but whatever yopu get good luck with it and hope you have many hours of fun with it
  9. the mta4 or the thunder tiger sledge hammer are good trucks as well , when i got the savage i gave serious consideration to the mta4 but i had had a hankering for a savage and if i hadnt got it it would have played on my mind lol but if i do get another mt the mta4 and sledgehammer would have a very serious consideration

  12. i use long slow strokes to prime it then when thats done the short fast strokes to start it once you get the knack of them even a hard to start engine starts

  15. sounds like you could be pulling it out to far you only need a max of 12" pull , im converting back from roto starts to pull starts as roto starts are knackering the 1 way bearings and find quick 6" pulls works great

  17. i must admit i prefer the looks of the 1st pic lol i would be looking for the hop up bits and hide em under the standard looks
  18. not wasted any ones time mate , as posted by badger 906 if you want nitro go nitro , things to consider with electrics is cost of batteries and how many you need for an afternoons running , 1 battery approx 15 mins runtime(depending on how many milli amps it is)
