    well guys i voted savage but i just bought a sledge hammer and like it loads , dont get me wrong savages are great truckks but this is a tad better imo(mta 4 s50)

    had 1 of those in fact still got it in the box of bits pieces , worked great in the 27 mhz but when i changed to the 2.4 ghz it was problematic , just as well the spekky has a built in fail safe

    i guess its craigie jumps your meaning mate ? we were there last saturday but it was only myself kev and vinny turned up the place does need the marder touch tho as some of the grass is getting long lol and i got a new toy as well lol a thunder tiger sledge hammer so if all goes well i could very well be up for a bash in perth

    have you move the servo arm round on the splines when refitting the linkage , sounds like you havnt maybe put linkage back on right and its sitting at good bit of throttle on

    is this a continuation of your take glow starter off and engine cuts thread ? if it is it will be because the engines running to rich

    if its the corect bearing then i would leave that seal on it , but thats me others may say otherwise

    in that case the idle speed may need turned up a bit

    change the glow plug, running in is hard on the glow plugs

    as above and these finger over the exhaust and pull the cord till you see fuel at carb , or finger over exhaust and flip fuel lid open and let shut again till fuel enters the carb

    if you strip em down and clean everything and clen including bearings when you get back then dont see a prob with it however if you wanna run them and not do that the salt water and sand will kill it

    savage 3.5 is 20 quid more and my local shop was throwing in wheely bar and reverse module for the price but whatever yopu get good luck with it and hope you have many hours of fun with it

    the mta4 or the thunder tiger sledge hammer are good trucks as well , when i got the savage i gave serious consideration to the mta4 but i had had a hankering for a savage and if i hadnt got it it would have played on my mind lol but if i do get another mt the mta4 and sledgehammer would have a very serious consideration
