I asked on maxbashing and a guy on there said he thinks his was 3 and a ha;f on the hsn and 6 and a half on the lsn.I will give that a go.

Personaly i think any nitro truck collection isnt complete without a T-MAXX .

I was going to get o'donnells but the shop didnt have any and i have read on many forums that o'donnells and byron are very similar in performance and reliability.I have seen an os 18 in a revo and it was very quick.Quicker than the traxxas 3.3.I was going to do the engine swap for the 3.3 but again i have read alot of bad reports on them.They seen to break con rods and things.

I was using tornado 25% but have just changed to byrons but havent had the chance to run it yet.

Hi i have had and still got a few nitro trucks and my t-maxx is the one i use and enjoy the most.Me and my mate both have one and we do over 10ft flips with them and havent broken anything.I keep hearing how week the bulk heads are ment to be but after more than enough nose first landings they are still fine.I have a fullforce spider chassi on mine and rpm arms.My mates is totaly standard and doing fine aswell.I have a set of big bore shocks here and am going to fit an os 18 over the winter.I wouldnt say they are that dated.The Revo and tvp trucks may be a bit newer but all the others look like the max with their body,s off.The only thing i dont like about them is the trx2.5 motor.It never seems to hold a tune and overheats all the time .Thats why i am going for the os 18 .

Hi i am putting my savage up for sale.It has brand new diffs,dog bones alround,ali bulk heads,carbon tvp's,hpi cooling engine mount and loads more.It is imaculate and crying out for a 28 to be dropped in it .I cant put picks up but as i want someone to collect it i wouldnt lie and say its good when its not.I dont want to break it or swap and i only want £100 for it.I live in finchley n london.Thanks.

Hi.Yeh the havoc shock shafts seem to be very week.I have snapped two of mine without even jumping.My 3rd shock is holding up ok after some big tumbles.I did reas somewhere that schumacher had a batch that was over hardened which was making them weak.Let us know how the t-maxx shocks hold up.

Hey what does that mean?Cheers guys.I got some ali hexes here all ready and was going to upgrade the front and rear hubs with edit parts when they are avaliable.

Thanks guys.I managed to find the part numbers and apex have ordered them for me.I have also got a full force ali spider chassi on order from rc hopups.I have been tempted for a while to build a tricked up maxx and going to do it for my winter project.Going to source a few more bits then put a 3.3 in it.Should be fun

I have had mine for a couple of months and i reckon its a great truck.Got to admit that the body posts are crap and have snapped a front shock but the thing is bloody fast!I fitted max mulchers to the rear and a wheelie bar and the front wheels hardly toutch the ground anymore .The only reason the shock broke was it hit a bump flat out and flipped it over VERY HARD!I heard it snap 10 metres away!
