  1. Whatever. How I have just got by with putting the right % of fuel in my car before now I will never know
  2. Look here for anyone local to you. http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=12472 the list should be quite upto date.
  3. I agree different engines need different fuel and lubrication in the fuel,I didn't dispute that but talk of different oil amounts etc isn't helping. Do what 90% of people do and buy a good brand of fuel of the right % nitro for your car and you will be okay. Thats what I was trying to say
  4. Sounds like me as well. The mention of TVs has got me looking at the Samsung M87 range I have only had the current Sony one for a few months
  5. Too much messing The % refers to the nitro content, the higher the % the bigger the bang but higher % usually means less oil so a bit more engine wear. Just get a decent brand fuel of the 20% already mentioned and you will be fine.
  6. Just get it mail order like most people do. P&P is a bit pricey,Modelsport charge £6 something but that covers having upto 2 gallons of fuel delivered so you could get a lot in one go if you want to make the P&P cost more worthwhile. Modeltechnics stuff works but there is much better to be had.
  7. Didn't we cover this already? In the first instance I would suggest pulling all the fuel lines off, empty the fuel tank and make sure the carb is empty to pressing the primer button, this will pump all the fuel out of it. Take the spark plug out and turn the car upside down and operate the starter to try and pump the excess fuel out. It just sounds like you are flooding it. When you come to use when it is cold do the following. Close the choke by moving the lever to the 6 o'clock position. Pump the fuel primer till fuel is seen in it then pump a couple more times. Operate the starter till the engine fires then dies. Then open the choke by moving it to the 9 o'clock position and operate the starter till the car starts. There is a good chance the spark plug is also soaking wet with fuel so let it dry when you remove it. Once it has been run once in a day you might not need to use the choke to start it again. As long as fuel is seen in the primer bulb you shouldn't need to re-prime either.
  8. I thought that myself but by the time Blu-Ray or HD-DVD really gets going I will buy another TV that will be better spec'd and cheaper than what you can get now.
  9. I would have thought that fuel was too low % wise for a 21. Others can suggest something else but I would have thought a quality 16% fuel would be a better place to start, that and resetting the needles. The needle in the big brass collar SHOULD be the HSN not LSN.
  10. The Samsung one you shown is only a 1368x768 or something like that so you only have 768 virtical pixels and 1368 horizontal. If you can afford it a proper 1080 TV it will have a resolution of 1920x1080,see the difference? If you ever get a PS3 or Blu-ray or HD DVD player it will means you will get the full resolution as they output a 1920x1080 picture. If you get the one you mentioned it is only 1368x768 so whilst it will display the picture perfectly okay you will loose some of the resolution as the picture with be "shrunk" to fit your screen. Proper 1080 sets are expensive but it would be a better investment in the long term if you ever think you will get a HD device to connect it to. The Samsung M87 range are killer TVs but the smallest is 37" and something like £1000 If you want to go quite cheap the Sony 32" S2530 can be had in Currys etc for £699 now,I paid £899 about 2-3 months ago,it can be had online cheaper still.
  11. Looks like it is based on the old Kyosho Ultima chassis.

  15. Isn't it that already? 6kb=6000b (roughly) and that is 6243b
  16. It looks like everyone has had a say, before this gets out of control now I am going to close it.
  17. rofl you quoted the Daliy Mirror, that made me laugh. I dont beleive half of what is in ANY newspaper or the TV,everything is hyped.
  18. Personally I think she is just dead in a hole somewhere She was grabbed by someone who in a panic of the media frenzie has just either killed her and dumped her or just left her somewhere to die. I would be very suprised if she was found alive if at all. Sorry folks but thats just the way I see it.
  19. Didn't we cover that already? http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=25247 Once it has been run once in a day it is unlikely to need to be choked again to start it. I bet you have tried to start it a lot with choke on and have flooded it.
  20. It is on in the 6 o'clock position.
  21. Count them, you should have 32 if you haven't had any out. Beleive it or not but I only had 28 instead of 32,my mouth was too small and I had 4 removed when I was young to make space otherwise they would have all bunched up together and been a right mess. Then I have had 2 out so I am down to 26.
  22. I have had on top one removed,it broke so badly it wasn't able to be patched back together. When they took it out they removed part of the jaw bone that was infected too so on my top gum it is about 1-2cm shorter on the right side than the left. The stitching hurt like hell for a few days but it was okay after that. On the same side on the bottom the tooth came through at such an angle it was impacting on the one in front of it,in that instance though they took out the one that was being impacted. The wisdom tooth has almost closed the gap that was there after the other tooth was removed so if I had left it the pain would have got worse and worse as the wisdom tooth got tighther and tighter against the other one.
  23. Are the battery and temp monitor the ones for sale here as well? http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=25201
