  1. can anyone please tell me what are the benifits of running with a k&n filter,i am running my marder on a standard foam one and it seems quick enough to me,if i bought a k&n filter, what can i expect ? cheers
  2. i run my marder on the beach,if you reduce the pressure on your compressor to about 5 psi and just blow the loose sand away with a paint brush, before you strip down, you will be fine
  3. hi all, please help,im going nuts,i have fitted an mtroniks failsafe to my marder, only when i power up the throttle goes on full and i have no trigger response, but if i carry on going through the set up,kill my tx, the throttle will go straight to neutral, every time, then comes the weird bit,the sreering starts going erratic turning as it likes rapidly,if i switch the tx back on,it returns to normal opperation,i have checked the connections, even brought a new failsafe, but to no avail,i am running it as it is at the moment, but i dont trust it as it isnt right, can anyone shed any light on this, its driving me booloo. regards
  4. once you have set your throttle up,i find it easier to set up the brake a bit at a time, power up your tx and rx,and roll the vehicle across the floor making slight adjustments as you go,the important thing to remember is that with a single brake you are never going to stop on a sixpence, these larger models are far more heavier and and will make your servo work harder, allow more time and distance for stopping
  5. spend a few pounds mate and get yourself a good one,the cheaper ones on the market make the savage virtually imposible to tune, tsais are the best and you will be more than pleased with the performance
  6. please can anybody help,i have just run two tanks of fuel through my fg marder,i now need to tune it up,but the instructions are all too vague,it mainly covers setting up the carb for starting.can anyone please give me some instruction on how to tune it up regards
