If you crashed it, have you checked the car all over? Have you checked all the steering components and linkages for bends and breakages?

@James RC Cheers James! It's a cracking spot - not so extreme that you destroy your rigs but lumpy enough to have some fun. Gets a bit flinty in places which can ruin the chassis so we just stay away from those spots. A solid hour's drive but well worth it for a good day out!

You'll need a LIHV capable charger. Most newer chargers should be able to charge them

They charge to 4.35v/cell rather than 4.2v Still not enough to make up for my lack of skill 😂

This'll be raced in my 1:8 ebuggy. Most are running HV lipo's now so i'll be eating dust if I ran standard lido's 😂 If you can't beat 'em join 'em as they say!

I think CML are the UK distributor for FTX. Depending on the issue you may have more luck with them. Seems that the model shop just wants to sell you parts

He's been bitching and moaning almost non-stop on FB over the last couple of years about how he has over 3m subscribers but such low views per vid. He then managed to convince himself that Youtube has some sort of vendetta against him and aren't pushing new vids to his subscribers so that YT has to pay out less That's when he really lost me and i've barely watched him since.

Can’t be arsed with any of it TBH. I hope they all retire and all their BS will hopefully follow them. I’ve watched Medic for years but he’s become a real whiney little brat on social media over the last couple of years. Kevin’s vids have just got lazy - all these live videos that don’t need editing and reviewing nothin but AliBaba tat. It doesn’t seem that long ago that Kevin started some sort of beef with Tomley that then somehow got Aussie RC involved. There’s enough crap going on in the world without grown men making “content” about arguing over toy cars. Grow the F up the lot of you or just stop the YT and social media thing - it’s embarrassing for our hobby!

Finished tinkering with my HB E819 race rig. Fresh oils and a couple of upgraded parts fitted and she's ready to race once all this crap's over and the tracks reopen! 🙂

Last time out with the Blackjack I managed to hit a metal pipe which was sat just below the surface. Managed to limp her back to shore before she took on too much water! Got home and started searching online for a new hull which can only be found stateside for a cheeky £280! Deciding I had nothing to lose I attempted my first ever fibreglass repair. Pleased with the fix but the paint job's a little ropey - once she's on the water you won't see it anyway! Before: After:

I bought a cheap compressor air line to keep in the shed. Cuts the time needed to clean the car in half! I blow all the dust off, agitate whatever's left with a paint brush then blow off again. Give everything a coat of GT85 and leave to dry. GT85 is better than WD40 in that GT85 tends to repel dirt whereas WD40 attracts it.
