Rover Man
Check how much "Droop" your running . As when the suspension as at full travel the shafts can rub on the sides of the cups. Seen a few snap like that, All different makes .

Rover Man
Have a look at the other side. pull the boot back and lift the car off the ground. See how close the shaft is to the edge of the cup.

.AJ.
I've not had any issues with the stock cvds, I had them apart the other day and they showed hardly any wear after 25 tanks or so, I did grease them good with Moly/Black grease when they were brand new tho
R46
My stock cvds where in tip top order also when stripped, cleaned, lubed them before appointed for rear duty. Mind made up buying stocks as cheaper by few quid an service life seems greater then any aftermarket offerings.
R46
Axle been replaced under warranty an I also brought spare pair for good measure FLM are working on an uprated axle design available in month or so Can't be asked to redo diff for 4mm cups right now, can wait for part. Then came to see that the mid shaft pin somehow worked it way out passed grub screw(which was tight) an had a chat with billet crankcase So bit more hardware in cheers Nigel Drilled hole for exhaust mount an mounted to chassis Fine when use gen ace or turnigy rx cell but with killer lipo gotto remove manifold or engine to remove lipo from box(don't like charging lipo blind) Edited September 7, 2015 by R46
.AJ.
With some clever Dremel work you can mod the lid box so you can get it off without removing the header or engine, I'll get a pic for you later

Leo
At least you got something. They told me that I had to pay $12 and that they would invoice me. 2 day later I email them asking for the invoice, this was the reply..."I show you paid the paypal request, and your part is shipping, I'm not sure what your needing. The request was the invoice for you, I have my printed invoice I needed. www.fastlanemachine.net" In the end I just bought a pair of stock ones from Dollar Hobbyz.
