Carpmart Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 There is no easy solution. I've chased a stable set-up/tune with an 813 far to many times. Find a way and buy a 990. Do the spring mod, you have a great carb... Even better is the 990 with shaft bearing mod. Do the spring mod to this and it should last you for years!
