  1. Keep it dark and moody. Looking good buddy.
  2. Today, I are be mostly fitting 17mm hexes and 1/8 rallycross wheels and tyres to my Wraith Just for some fun on some hard earth in this blinkin heat wave!
  3. Oh my god And I did check the date! 25/6! I didn't expect to have to check the YEAR! Thanks Zombi. Why on earth are we paying Admin all this money, when they can't even clear carp up like this? Robbery.
  4. Nice thread. I didn't realize how many were on that chassis. Twin motors too! I need a closer look cos I now fancy one.
  5. (Hahaha! Fantastic.) I thought it was a good suggestion for someone that has to read the manual to put a wheel on and has never heard of a beadlock! Best to check everything rather than slate his building skills. I noticed you didn't try to help.
  6. Could be just the tyres. Check they are seated on the rim all the way round. Store the car with wheels off the floor to prevent flat spots on soft crawling tyres.
  7. Thunder Tiger? They have race success and I can vouch for their toughness.
  8. Thanks guy's. I learned a bit here and fancy a Sawback now. I'll go the ModelSport way though. They not let me down yet, only on Axial spares Grrrrrr!
  9. Jumped my FTX Viper, broke both front wishbones in the same place. Bought new set from MS and one has already broken again, same place! Stripped the whole thing now for spares.
  10. The Sidewinder is in this or last months RRCi. Loads of info there. I have the Viper 4x4 and that is covered too. Good luck, enjoying my Viper. 3s LiPo supplied and goes from 0 to casualty in 4 seconds!
  11. Just changed motor on my Telluride, got a nice little rocking motion on the spur before it bites. Agree with Nitroholic about the 'feel' that all is well. Too tight will be sluggish to drive and whine a lot. STOP immediately, and loosen things off. Not later when you get home!
  12. I just bought an Ansmann Hot Rod as a shelf queen. Transmitter is still in it's box and the receiver footprint is like two postage stamps side by side. Complete with a bind plug. Never seen a battery.

If it's the Tamiya esc it should brake and then have to go back to neutral before reverse. That's what he needs. He did a good job on the car considering he is only 8. That's Bart Simpsons age
