  1. Gaz, i want the exact same as the photo, so yeah, tucked under then lowered, but so the tyres are only slightly inwards Same colour scheme too, if i can find the same beautiful paint Also, how i paint the wheels so they have green in the center? like the photo, the green on the inside, would it be a masking job? or hand painting? thanks for the help, Jack

  5. what's the best way to lock rear diff? bluetack trick? thanks guys!
  6. just read the sticky thread about tt01's at the top, and yeah, going to lock the rear diff tomorrow, any other sensible mods i need to do?
  7. Hi guys, this is my first time drifting so go steady! i wanted to try something new other than scale/trail r/c, and as a mate of mine had an TT01 lying around, i was quick to take it from him for nothing at all! As it must be atleast 5 years old, i ripped out the old- fashioned ESC and motor, and threw in a VXL brushless esc and motor out of my traxxas rustler, plugged in a battery and took it for a spin, but i cannot get it to drift unless the road surface is slightly wet; is this due to tyres? i'm pretty sure they are the standard ones on there, so what would be best for tarmac use? and is the motor and esc too powerful? or should they do the trick? Also, where would i be able to pick up a Ford F100/ similar bodyshell? Ebay job? Thanks alot, Jacko
  8. ahh, fair enough, i'll have to get one of those purchased then, also whilst i'm here, what would i need to make working indicators? to make them flash and to turn them on and off with the steering of the wheel? thanks alot, jack
  9. Hi all, thought this would be best here, so here goes: I'm in the process of kitting out my Ibex CC01 with led light, i've wired them all up and they gladly work perfect. But i've run myself in to a bit of a dilema, basically i don't have the slightest clue how to wire them to my esc using a seperate switch. I'm going to add the wires that will connect to my esc battery leads, then add a switch, which then goes to the led's. But i don't have the wiring knowledge to wire them to my 6-pin switch. Which wires go where? Thanks, sorry no pictures to help, but you hopefully get the idea! Jack
  10. I'm looking for a transmission of some sort, any make, but it would be better if it was Axial, with motor, not bothered what motor it is at all. Needs to be in good working order, spur gear and pinion etc. Would pay extra if it came with the original mount for the axial chassis an driveshafts etc... PM me if you have anything that may be of interest to me Cheers, jack
  11. 100 minimum, sorry guys, need as much as i can get for this, got things to pay for :/
  12. huge price drop, looking for 100 GBP posted!
  13. Hi all, after the buyer of my Rustler dropped out of the process a few months ago, i've decided to put it back up for sale. Spec: 2007 Traxxas Rustler VXL in blue Brushless esc and motor Traxxas servo Proline Badlands on the standard rims Just needs to complete: Transmitter and reciever Battery (stick pack) Its been run maybe 20 times, just up and down my road, not driving hard or crashed hard. Only minor bumps and scratches on shell. Needs new front right-hand-side steering block, it works perfect but was abit of a quick fix using washers. Havnt driven it for a while, 6 months ish, got bored of it, not realy my sort of driving to be honest. Pics: I'm looking for 125.00 posted. Thanks for looking, Jack

  16. Looking for an Axial Scx10, have one for sale cheapish, please drop me a PM :)

  17. Hi all, i'm looking for an Axial based truck, 1/10 scale, RTR, good condition, although if it needs abit of work, im sure i'd be happy to take it onboard. I've been looking for ages for the right truck at the right price, but have had no luck so far It's for an IBEX project im building, and the axial SCX10/ Ax10 are both perfect for the job, although i would consider anything of the same size/sort. I've got a Traxxas Rustler VXL in it's box, doing nothing, ready to go, so that would be up for swaps too. Either offers, or trades. PM me if you have ANYTHING. PLEASE! Thanksss, Jack!
