  1. Im dying to get my hands on one of these but Ive only got

I took the car out tonight and I was blasting down a long straight for about 10 seconds and then it made a little popping sound as if a hose had popped off and then it died but when iconnected the rotorstart to it to restart it, it wouldn't budge now is that my enngine knackered,if it is depending on the damage can I rebuild it ie new piston, conrod etc etc
  3. I found the part in the states and its called the fuel inlet nipple but cant seem to find one this side of the river which isnt good.
  4. help I cannot find the part I need for love nor money I've looked all over the Internet and model shops, I can't even find a complete carb assembly
  5. to be honest it was not even quarter the distance i have had it in the past so im i think the failsafe might need to be set up again and some new batteries in the rx lol

Ive got a mach .28 hyper7 and today i took it out to see what the new exhaust was like which was absolutely mental but anyway i blasted up the road, turned around and then came back past me and then literally it got about 20ft past me and i couldnt stop it, it just stayed WOT which wasnt good as i was heading straight towards a bollard but managed to steer it at the last second quite violently which caused it to flip over and the carburettor took the full brunt of the impact which wasnt good and ive managed to break the little nipple that the fuel supply pipe connects too at the botom of the HSN , I dont suppose i can actually buy the little collar with the nipple on it seperately and just replace that instead of a whole new carburetor??? Any help appreciated
  7. Basically ive got some new silicone oil for my 3 diffs on my hyper 7 and im gonna sort them all out tonight but was wondering how much do i actually use inside each diff?

Ive just bought one of these rotosatrt kits and it states that it fits mach .28 engines but i cant seem to find an adaptor in the kit that'll fit, has anyone bought one of these or knows if there are different models that come with different adaptors, also the cog that is supposed to slip over the one way bearing is too big and the one way bearing just rattles around and slips inside the rotostart cog. any ideas.   9. I dont suppose any body knows how many teeth are on the standard clutch bell also the amount of teeth of the standard spur gear on a hyper 7 TQ .28 sport? Cheers
  10. cheers for your reply mate, i was just entreagued about the front and rears diffs and you've just made a valid point awell. i think i need to find out what comes as standard first before i go buying any more stuff lol
  11. well ive done some more searching on here and i think ill give the 2 speed a miss as im more of a basher at the minute. Rcchris----- Thats exactly the info that i was after as i couldnt remember which way round the teeth amount went between the cluthbell and the spur. so if i went for starters with a 48t spur and a 13t clutchbell would that be the most extreme as for acceleration goes with the gearing also can you change the spur gears in the front and rear diffs and is it worth it?   12. Well basically ive had the a hyper 7 tq .28 for two weeks now and have replaced the the chassis twice, the centre propshafts twice and the centre diff, now i think ive learnt to drive it lol and take it apart and put it back together lol i was thinking

  14. Basically been looking around for different parts for my hyper 7 and came across one of these and wondered what it does without sounding too stupid, is it obvious and does exactly what it says on the tin or is there a bit more to it? Cheers
  15. you'll have to excuse me as im completely new to all this but is there ways of changing the gearing for different effects ie more top speed/acceleration plus what sort of upgrades can be made to improve the car, is it worth changing the exhaust to a so called more expensive performance exhaust
