the chassis is a mugen mbx5 clone, but the electric layout caster did first to my knowledge. unless they copied it off a 3rd party design.I got one of the very original UK models back when they were still being developed. I loved mine and raced the entire winter series with it. very few faults!

they do a losi 8ight 2.0 race roller, losi 8ight 2.0 EU and then the rtr losi 8ight 2.0 which is the one with the blue shock towers and guff

I use a 1256 for steering as it packs 20kg of torque and the 1258 for throttle as I like a really fast servo and it still packs 15kg of torque so its great for brakes

they dont do a pre built front end. you'll only chance is if someone puts one on eBay.

I dont think you'll get an EU roller for that price. but a normal losi 8ight 2.0 roller you will.

the rtr car is a world apart from the race rollers. the metals are all cheaper, as well as alot more cost cutting measures. the EU version has just been tweaked for the UK, it has a longer chassis and slightly different steering/suspension geonimetry. second hand rollers go for about

if an engine wont hold its weight up holding the flywheel then compression is low. also signs are if it runs fine when cold but when hot it keeps cutting or wont hold a tune. I can vouch for daves service. between me and my race mates we've probably had close to 10 engines pinched.
