  1. its not a blocked jet lol I proved that by asking if fuel was spitting alot from the exhaust lol
  2. you can if you heat it up enough, but its trying to concentrate that heat in a specific spot and trying not to burn it.
  3. oh gawd ive had tyre burn hundreds of times marshalling. 1/5th scale on Astro is worst! there spikes are like 12mm long!
  4. sleeve has shifted 70mm to the side!?!?! that would put it on the outside if the shell its im possible for a piston sleeve to move if the head is bolted down fully, and theres a notch to stop it turning
  5. i might try that next time i sell something
  6. its worn or a spring is broken and its catching the clutchbell even when its not engaging
  7. to set epa, you look to see how far the servo has to travel to do its job, and then back it off like 5% that applies for carb, breaks and steering
  8. ive like 28% epa on my brake as any more and it just locks up solid
  9. then its not carb related its getting fuel, and its had a new plug so that rules that out. um... all i can guess is its either got an air leak, or the clutch is dragging.. which my explain why it dies instantly when you stop revving
  10. is it gushing fuel out the exhaust like its mega rich? if the carb was blocked it wouldnt run at all. does it have compression!?!?
  11. the 1.0 is massively different to drive than the 2.0, 1.0 was baaaaaad! sold mine for
  12. thought xxxl was as big as they got!
  13. is the new plug dry and silver? or wet and brown after a little running? could be lean on the bottom
  14. new glow plug. just because its new and glows doesn't mean its not duff. make sure you put the fuel likes the right way round and theres no nicks or tears that will cause pressure loss. also check your exhaust seals
  15. well I fitted mine on the side of the fuel tank splash fin. (servo side as obviously the fuel tank lid would hit it. that way all the air that goes through the fuel tank hole goes across it
  16. many places stock them other than eBay
  17. I run one and so do many racers, weather it has a positive effect I can't really comment.one thing it does stop is the refueling stall. when you come into the pits and refuel, the cold fuel being put in kills the engine occasionally. its also meant to improve run times a little, that I can't see how, but its just a good idea in general as it regulates the fuel temp and Thus the tank pressure
  18. nope seal it good! also check the front bearing.
  19. the cutch bell from a losi has rounded edges so needs a narrower clutch, unlike the normal "square" edged ones
  20. answer rc do the best clutches if you ask me
  21. I've had mine since the UK release. I love mine, its seen better days and is now blue lol but still works a treat.had to fit multiple new antenna due to me being clumsy, but well worth the money, considering I paid best part of
