  1. I have a mini 8, carsima gtb and emb 1 buggy emb truggy, emb rally. The emb is better in my opinion than the others Si

  4. Incase you hadn't tried a direct call this is the screen shot from the Facebook post. ?
  5. Look at the link i put just above it is on a Facebook group for Lc racing, it's action model centre they have or can get everything you need and decent prices too. Si
  6. New stockist in the UK by the look of it. https://m.facebook.com/groups/1053410821381691?view=permalink&id=1852812814774817
  7. I use the axle extenders and 2.2 rear buggy wheels on the truggy, only pic I have is of it with the extenders and 2.2 buggy wheels narrow at the front. These are 15mm extended axles but you can get 12 mm versions
  8. Definitely, lets hope the kit isn't over priced but good to see something a little different from them. Si
  9. New mid diff long wheel base 1/14 conversion chassis. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2047584058896169&id=1981847682136474 Si
  10. Lc racing are working on a 1/14 long wheel base centre diff and a 1/10 scale with centre diff, they look pretty good. I will be interested to see their pricing of both though. Si. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2024355041219071&id=1981847682136474 https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2023045144683394&id=1981847682136474
  11. I have just got the exotek big bore mount and a tenshock 1401 6850kv motor, it will be using a hobbyking 60amp esc. Mount from DMS racing, motor from funs hobby and esc from hobbyking. Si
  12. This is not a bad servo, it will need the servo mount in the buggy trimming on both sides i used a dremmel just to take file down the mount for a savox1275 that's very similar in dimensions but cost alot more. https://hobbyking.com/en_us/trackstar-ts-p12s-high-speed-digital-1-12-scale-pan-car-steering-servo-3-6kg-0-05sec-28g.html Si
  13. Yes the stock truggy wheels ate 2.2 just like 1/10 buggy wheels but standard 1/10 buggy wheels don't have the offset, i tried them without the extenders and they are too close to the car giving a poor width wheel base, i would if you're looking at 1/10 buggy wheels buy the extenders either 12mm or like i have the 15mm, the wheels i have are cheap from china and could buy 2 sets for less than the stock wheels sold in pairs, i use 1/10 touring wheels on my buggies which are smaller than the stock buggy wheel but go for 6mm offset and it gives a really good wider stance. Bottom pic has stock wheels on. Si
  14. I will take them off and fit them to check, i can't see why they wouldn't fit but the offset would possibly not be enough to not have problems but i will check ? Si
  15. The 15mm extenders might just be abit too long, the truggy stock wheels are 11mm offset, there are some extenders on ebay that are 12mm that would be better but I already had these. Si
  16. Thought I would stick some 2.2 buggy wheels on the truggy, i already had the 15mm extenders in my box, think I will buy another set to use rears all round. Si
  17. Unless you can move it forward and secure it with strong servo tape instead of using the servo mounts then the stock one will have to do for now Si
  18. Reading through i have used m8 wheels on my emb with no problems, i did it to give a test between the 2 and tried to keep their set ups as close as possible to get a better test done. Si
  19. The fan isn't needed on these, i run 60amp esc in all my mini's with no fan on them, i have 3 emb's 2 have hobbyking 60a esc the other has a trackstar 60a esc none have fans on and lifting the body using small composite washers under the body mounts works really well on the buggies. I did try using a smaller heat sink from the 25a esc on the 60a but found it did get hotter than i would like, holes for getting some air circulation drilled into the body works great too. Si
  20. This is how I run my m8, started with a 35amp then put a 60amp in exactly the same set up, I have a 6800kv cm26 motor that runs a 14t pinion, it was over heating a little with the 35amp even with holes, I swapped to the 60amp and it has improved a lot with no over heating now, I don't use a fan. Si
  21. Thought i would add a wrc roller to my lc family, i have a few spare motors i can try in it, it actually is bigger than i expected due to the size of the shell. Si
  22. I would opt for the lc racing emb truggy, that's just my opinion, they can be bought from Germany, i recently made one from spare parts i had from the buggy just added the longer chassis and bought the body from Germany, the rtr lc truggy has a decent motor in it to start with so no heat issuse but its down to individual choice, plenty have bought losi mini 8t and swapped motors and electrics but again restricted for the size of motor which i believe to be too small in stock form. http://ovalis-racing.de/product_info.php?products_id=3&MODsid=82992d5f85a6b1f7460c9c9e8066efc8 Si
  23. I don't have the stock wheels but buggy wheels will probably be put on at some stage and i have axle extenders that i bought ages ago if i want more width although they are 15mm extenders, 6mm offset wheels that are on it now give a wider stance, i will play around with it and see what works best. Si
