  1. Kyosho UK do stock and sell the Dnano and Mini-Z Range. As part of Kyosho Europe they sell a lot of Micros. Sadly no specialist shop in the UK sells them, just give Neil a call at Kyosho and he can answer all your questions and help you get an order together to get from Modelsport or your normal shop! You can really appreciate how good the Dnanos are till you hold one and actually race with it! they Look and Handle better than almost any other car regardless of scale on the market.
  2. Think the New Neo looks ace but if you fancy a truggy these are blinding deals! http://www.modelsport.co.uk/kyosho-inferno-neo-st-race-spec-colour-2-/rc-car-products/366589
  3. These are super good value and great specs. Been running one for 2 years no problems. http://www.modelsport.co.uk/power-hd-metal-geared-high-torque-servo/rc-car-products/35546
  4. Well as someone who has the Scorpion here in front of me I am very surprised by the review about the tires. I got the option tires ready to put on as you know that stock tires are often hard, but they are actually really good, I used on Grass, and ashphalt without any issues at all. My guess is the Slipper diff was locked in too hard! that's something non 2wd drivers may not be aware of! Its easy to adjust to suit the surface you are running on. I did have the the link end come loose same as Jank but it was after a while and easy just to nip up with some thread lock. Im real happy with the car and as someone who has used and owns a Scorpion would highly recommend. For the Money I think its excellent choice.
  5. Well, Ultimate RC are HPI distributor so I think its not surprising they don't rate the car. Parts support is fine all the parts are listed here http://www.jemodels.com/index.php?keyword=scorpion&Itemid=2&option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.browse&Search=Search! Also Modelsport said they will stock the parts however no-one is breaking stuff for them to stock!!! Is there any other reviews to look at? All the time I have used the Scorpion it has been excellent with no problems and no breakages!, have you had a chance to play with the car yourself?
  6. It does sound like low speed needle is too rich, that will cause the stalling and also can mean unburnt fuel leak into one way bearing. Make sure the low speed needle is just about flush or just inside the housing.
  7. This seems to fit your budget! http://www.modelsport.co.uk/kyosho-scorpion-xxl-ve-black-/rc-car-products/370396
  8. Nowadays they are sold mostly to order. For Kyosho on road try APEX, PBM and Yeoville Models, Yeoville normally stock but they dont have online shop.
  9. The Gx 21 is set fine with 25 or even 30% this is what it is et to run on but!!! it does depend a lot on the quality of the fuel and your carb settings. My guess is your settings suited the 20% better.
  10. I would list the best buggies in this order latest pro spec models considered Kyosho Mugen Losi AE HN XRAY AGAMA
  11. I would say no unless you local club has an entry level class. Go to the club and find out what they run.
  12. Those cars are not being supported by kyosho as of pretty much now. That said the distributor still has spares but once they are gone they are gone. The gx15 is the best motor for that alpha, if you want to upgrade get a tuned pipe or 2 speed box.
  13. 80 degrees c any more and you out of the safe running temp. Fans help in the heat but check your gear ratios
  14. well i think this has that well and truly beat just ask Lewis Hamilton
  15. It looks like an Alpha mk1 or 2 maybe. either way for a GX12 you need part number k.1108 for the screws and k.6591 for the exhaust gasket. Keep checking those screws after every run as they do loosen up especially with a new gasket.
  16. These are still stocked by kyosho. order through your shop.
