53HRA has claimed the jig. Hawkpalmer - its a jig used to assemple nimh cells in side by side formation - normaly used for racing as they can be ballenced.

iv never seen any thermal sticky tape advertised, although i have no doubt there is some out there somwhere. If you cant get any perhaps it might be worth trying what I did. I had a similar scenario (wanted to put a heatsink on a stock tamiya esc), i made up a paste of araldite and thermal compound (in my case i used this stuff http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.4593) and in all fairness it worked very well.

go for lipo, the extra punch wil make up for the lack of voltage, lipo are alot easyer to look after than nimh too!

do you have a balencer? if you dont then there wont be any benifit

unfortunatly i may have left by then , i will try the certainly try dixons hollow, were camping at the campsite inside the forrest not to far away from it so il nip up there on me bike after everybody has gone home and try some jumps

i disabled the punch control as i thought it was but evidently not and put start power to high, i think it would have got to top speed before i changed the settings but it would have taken a long time

my e-firestorm is on 12cell 14.4v nimh, with a 5700kv and mamba max, so far iv broken, a steering arm and an upper front wishbone

as title states, motor heatsinks wanted, with or without fans, all offers considerd

the y cable is defantly series, the voltage is 15 sumthing, anyways iv fiddled with the esc settings and its going imensly fast now thanks for the sujestions though

the esc and motor are both rated to 12 cells so there shouldnt be a problem
